Fiesta e Festa is a premium cocktail catering company designing custom beverage programs for weddings and private events across NYC, the Hamptons, Long Island, and the tri-state area. We build every menu around your vision: signature cocktails, frozen martini stations, espresso martini bars, aguas frescas, and non-alcoholic options worth drinking. Through our partnership with Taquería El Chato (Michelin Bib Gourmand), we also offer taquiza catering for a true Mexico City-style experience. All event sizes welcome.

Our team is built from some of NYC's most respected bar programs, and we bring that same standard to every event we work. It shows up in the details: FRESH JUICE ALWAYS, Kold Draft ice (same ice you would find in your favorite cocktail bar), garnishes cut the day of the event. Full Bar Service

Description

A complete open bar built around classics done properly: Negronis, Old Fashioned's, Martinis, Margaritas, Spritzes, highballs, and everything in between. We scale with you: a tight selection of classics for an intimate dinner, or a full open bar with 30+ cocktails for a larger celebration. Either way, every drink is made to order with fresh juice, proper ice, and the care you'd expect from a top NYC bar program.

Non-Alcoholic Programs

Description

The same fresh ingredients, the same balance, the same care, just no spirits. Your guests who don't drink will never feel like they don't. We build zero-proof cocktails with the same intention as the rest of the menu: seasonal produce, proper technique, beautiful presentation. Perfect as a standalone program for dry events, or as a thoughtful parallel menu alongside your full bar for non-drinking guests.

Frozen Martini Station

Description

A fully self-contained martini experience — pre-batched and kept perfectly frozen, served in mini martini glasses (~2 oz pour). Guests choose from two classic styles and customize with a garnish bar: citrus peels, citrus oils, olives, and cocktail onions. Elegant, interactive, and designed to work beautifully even in 95-degree August heat. One of our most requested wedding additions. Can be booked as a standalone station or added to any bar package.

    Highly recommend!!

    Worked with this team at a wedding last summer, I handled the florals and they did the bar. Incredible team, beautiful setup, and amazing service throughout the night. The drinks were outstanding and thoughtfully crafted. They really know how to bring a true NYC bar experience to an event!
