Fiesta e Festa is a New York City and Hamptons mobile bar specializing in craft cocktails, full bar service, and custom drink menus for weddings and private events. The crew behind the bar comes out of serious cocktail rooms rather than catering kitchens, and that pedigree shows up where it counts: drinks that hold up from guest one to guest two hundred, and a team that stays composed when the schedule moves. We work hand in glove with your planner and venue so the bar runs cleanly from setup to last call.

The specialty stations are what people tend to remember: frozen martinis poured ice-cold and held that way all night, an espresso martini station with a choice of spirit and finish, an aperitivo bar of curated aperitifs and vermouths, and aguas frescas made from scratch with fresh fruit and botanicals. We partnered with Taquería El Chato — one of New York City's most celebrated taquerías and a Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient — to bring an authentic CDMX taquiza experience to private celebrations. Description

A complete open bar built around classics done properly: Negronis, Old Fashioned's, Martinis, Margaritas, Spritzes, highballs, and everything in between. We scale with you: a tight selection of classics for an intimate dinner, or a full open bar with 30+ cocktails for a larger celebration. Either way, every drink is made to order with fresh juice, proper ice, and the care you'd expect from a top NYC bar program.

Non-Alcoholic Programs

Description

The same fresh ingredients, the same balance, the same care, just no spirits. Your guests who don't drink will never feel like they don't. We build zero-proof cocktails with the same intention as the rest of the menu: seasonal produce, proper technique, beautiful presentation. Perfect as a standalone program for dry events, or as a thoughtful parallel menu alongside your full bar for non-drinking guests.

We provide professional bartending and service staff, complete bar setup (tools, equipment, and stations), menu development and consultation, liquor order coordination, setup, full service, and breakdown. All bar supplies and garnishes are included. Clients provide the alcohol — we guide you on exactly what to order and how much.
Yes, tastings are available on request. We find them especially valuable for couples who want to finalize a signature cocktail menu — it's a fun part of the process and helps ensure everything tastes exactly right on your wedding day.
We recommend reaching out 1–3 months before your wedding date, and earlier for peak season dates (spring and fall). Summer Hamptons dates book quickly — the sooner you reach out, the better.
We serve all five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, the Hamptons, and throughout the tri-state area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of NYC.
All sizes — from intimate elopement receptions to large-scale weddings of 200+ guests. We staff appropriately for every event and give every wedding the same level of attention regardless of size.
Absolutely — we love working with planners and view them as true partners. We communicate proactively, provide detailed proposals, and handle all beverage logistics so the planner can focus on the bigger picture. We're also happy to coordinate with your other vendors directly.
All services are custom-quoted based on your guest count, service hours, the specific offerings you want, and your event location. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all packages — reach out with your event details and we'll put together a proposal that makes sense for your celebration.
Clients provide the alcohol (we guide the order), glassware if not already handled by your venue or rental company, and basic utilities (water, electricity, waste disposal). We handle everything else.
