“Wow. Where do we even begin? We could not have asked for a better Day of Coordinator. Brooke was everything we needed and more. At every turn, she was so in tune with the entire event. Any snag or potential bump in the road was immediately dealt with by Brooke flawlessly. She plays the role that anyone can only dream of at their weddings. She goes above and beyond and even helped with planning, organizing, setup, and cleanup. To be clear, the extra duties she did were NOT in her job description but she did them anyways because she wanted everything in our wedding to go perfectly. Specifically, she not only made sure all members of our wedding party and vendors stayed organized, timely, and on task but also made sure all of our guests were confortable and made sure their every need was met. She handed out flip flops we provided to guests when their feet were tired, she helped charge the father of the groom’s phone when the battery was low, and came the day before for our rehearsal so we all knew what to do and where to go. The best part was we didn’t need to ask for these things, she just knew how to help and took initiative. Throughout the process, any time I needed to connect, she made time. She was such a pleasure to work with! Now for the wedding day.... I could not be happier with her services. She was prompt, professional, and anticipated everything that could possibly needed. She knew that I did not want to be in the dark and kept me updated throughout the day so that I was assured everything was on track. When I say she anticipated every need we would have, I'm talking about standing outside with flip flops after our formal pics when the transportation van pulled up, having drinks ready for us on the sweetheart table, owning cues all day with the dj, caterers, bartenders, etc. I could go on, and on, and on about how amazing she was. Also, shout out to Brianna's husband! He helped put together chafing dishes, made sure our photo booth was up and operating, loaded our car at the end of the night, and was also SUCH a pleasure to deal with! A true dream team! I will end with this, my fiancé is not the most detail-oriented person out there, he is more of a big picture guy. He must have asked 10X during the reception where I found Brianna and talked about how incredible she was. I cannot emphasize enough that you NEED a wedding coordinator, and it NEEDS to be Brianna! 5,000/5 STARS!”
