First things first, Blenheim is an absolutely magical wedding venue and the staff provides an unparalleled experience! It is an incredible value and we still can't stop grinning about our special day, but also how easy the Blenheim team made things for us in planning. Seriously, we feel so lucky and grateful about how much Blenheim does for you, we were able to enjoy ourselves without stress leading up to the day and stay in the moment the day of. We received so many compliments about how our wedding was one of the best folks have ever been to, and we owe that in large part to the Blenheim team and venue! We live in California and selected Blenheim without ever having visited the farm - it was actually quite an easy decision and the pictures don't even begin to describe how beautiful the property is. It did help that my parents visited in the winter and were greeted warmly by Chef Paul, and that my wife's parents visited Min and Morton in their restaurant in NYC and hit it off. Everything about the Blenheim owners, staff, food, experience, logistics, property, farmhouse was first class and supremely professional, but also fun. The food tasting was such a special time leading up to the event and so much fun, and Min's and Chef's flexibility to accommodate some of our dietary preferences was very much appreciated. I even got to swap in sherry in my "his" cocktail! :) The food was top notch, there is no need for much additional decoration as the barn and property are stunning themselves, the farmhouse is a great place for the families to stay (we stayed there and also hosted a workout of about 50 of our guests the morning of the wedding by the lake!), and the animals added to the atmosphere we were hoping for. I would also say to get the add-ons as they are very reasonably priced and thoughtfully curated - we added a bunch of those special touches to our day like the bonfire and lawn games. Special thanks to Carol and Laura for all of the planning help, Danyelle and Fredrik who were rockstar captains for us the night before and day of, and to Min and Morton for creating such a special setting and team, providing world class hospitality, and being such hands on proprietors ensuring satisfaction at every step of the way. If there is a date at Blenheim open, you should snag it ASAP!

We had our wedding at Kindred Creeks at the beginning of May 2022. I have so many great things to say about this place! First off, Jill was extraordinary, caring, attentive and so helpful from start to finish. She was able to work within our budget while keeping our dream wedding a reality. She had rain plans, sunny day plans, plans for more or less people and was thorough throughout. Her father, Gerry, who lives in the farm came out the day before and day of the wedding to make sure we were taken care of and that anything we needed would be done. And the tent staff was kind, courteous and officiant! The grounds itself were gorgeous! We were the first to use the airstream bridal suite which got so many compliments and great photos. They also redid the bridge across the creek for the wedding party to walk over during the ceremony. I fell in love with the green barn and even though it needs to come down soon, they held off construction so we could take pictures in front of it. We got married right where the two creeks meet which was so beautiful. All our guest had nothing be great things to say and we are beyond happy with the experience. If you are thinking of taking a tour of the farm, don’t hesitate! You will fall in love just like we did!

Our wedding at Black Walnut Farm was nothing short of magical and truly felt like it was built to host our special day. From the moment we set foot on the grounds, we were enchanted by the charming vintage touches, luxurious feel, and unique rustic beauty that surrounded us. The beautifully restored barn, set amidst the woods, provided the perfect backdrop for our rustic chic fairytale wedding. Sarah, Jim, and the team at Black Walnut Farm went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our day was perfect. From the initial meeting where we discussed our vision for the wedding, to the day of the event itself, they truly exceeded our expectations. The venue's unique offerings, such as the green retro Ford truck and cool photo lounge, added an extra touch of charm and personality to our day. They even included lawn games, an amazing bonfire/firepit (and smore's!), fresh popcorn, and an audio guestbook housed in a vintage phone booth. One of my favorite touches was a beautiful oversized mirror also which doubled as our welcome sign! The farm house, where we got ready, was the perfect spot for us to prepare for the day ahead, with its quaint and unique beauty. Sarah's warmth and care were evident throughout the entire planning process, and Jim's creativity and hard work made the magic happen. Our experience working with Belleayre Lodge couldn’t have been better. Gigi, Angel, Brian, and Matt, worked together with us so seamlessly to make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. We rented the property Friday through Sunday and hosted just around 60 guest. The guest who didn’t fit in the cabins, (and also didn’t want the late night shenanigans) stayed at the hotels literally right across the street. Our guest arrived Friday night and we hosted a rehearsal dinner with a food truck and cash bar (run by the lodge). Saturday was our wedding day. We got married at the local ski mountain (Belleayre Mountain) and returned to Belleayre Lodge for our cocktail hour and reception. The food was absolutely amazing during both cocktail hour and our dinner. We had a beer and wine bar, with local drinks, as well as homemade ice tea and lemonade. We had a cake from a local bakery and ice cream bar from a local creamery for dessert. Sunday morning we hosted a farewell breakfast. The coffee and food, again were phenomenal. The decor and little touches made everything perfect. There was so much thought put into ever part of our wedding and their passion showed in their work. I am so glad we took the chance on this new location. It truly was the best day!

I cannot day enough good things about Mountainville manor. We had an elopement ceremony and pictures on the property. We could not have been happier and luckier to have found this venue. The whole process was simple and although it was an elopement with just the two of us, the owner Lauren, made it feel so special. The bouquet that was included in the elopement package was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The grounds are immaculately kept w beautiful landscaping. The newly remodeled interior is as beautiful. There is a beautiful bridal and grooms room. The bride room includes a full bathroom w a shower. The owner, Lauren was very attentive and made sure we had water and a bite to eat as well as offering to go to the store in the event we forgot something. She was extremely accommodating and and made sure our vision was executed and really wanted to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams.

I cannot say enough to praise Kerri and Frank for their beautiful space, their attention to detail, their immense care and love for the work that they do and for every single person who enters their space. Kerri's precision and focus is unmatched and you truly feel like the only person in the room when you speak to her. Every single question went answered and each detail attended to with precision. The food here is immaculate and even a month later people continue to ask me to ask Chef Charlie for his recipes. The words "hidden gem" have never meant more than for this venue. I cannot recommend this enough and will forever be shouting from the rooftops that Kerri is a true dream maker. If you tell her exactly what you want, she will make it happen. It will still take work on your end but it will all be worth it. If you meet the deadlines she sets, you will have a smooth and seamless planning process.

Stephen the event coordinator is so helpful and kind, and his assistant Linda was a lifesaver helping to carry my train in the pouring rain. The matîre'd was especially helpful in making sure our drinks and tummies were full all day. The venue was beautifully decorated and is set on the Hudson River with perfect views for photos! This National Register Historic Property was developed in 1856 offers a 1/2 mile frontage on the Hudson River with panoramic views of the Catskills. Imagine dancing the night away on the banks of the Hudson as the sun sets behind the Catskills. There is no other venue like this! Not only does our Summer and Fall rate include use of these riverside grounds but also the barn complex that the Livingston family erected. Spend your wedding day down by the river and use the barn complex for a welcome party. Our property can accommodate multiple events. We offer a discounted Spring Season the first Two weekends in May and a Regular season of Summer and Fall. Tours are given most days of the week and are by appointment only. For couples that live far away virtual tours via Facetime are offered, weather permitting. Virtual tours last as long a regular tour and therefore are also by appointment only. We got married at "A Private Estate" in October of 2018. We visited the year before, and it was one of the few (and the last) places we looked at. I loved it from the start. The grounds were beautiful, but more importantly, the people were great. I felt like we were dealing with real people who were doing what they do out of both love and pride. They showed us all the options, allowed us plenty of space to decide, and overall gave off good vibes. Our intuition told us this was it, and a year later we were so grateful we listened. After a year of planning an outdoor wedding we found out there would be a nor'easter... in October... with high winds and hail... the day of the wedding (thirty-seven degrees!) When we arrived, on Thursday, I was devastated. I never thought I'd find myself crying over the weather, or caring quite so much, but after all the work that goes in to planning and all the family that had traveled to be with us I felt sick. I thought I would be so sad until the wedding was over but as soon as we stepped out of the car the crew, specifically Jack, turned the whole situation around. He brought us wine and firewood, walked us through the estate, allowed us to use this beautiful tent they had put up, and talked about the set-up and how we could work it all out no matter what happened with the weather. He spoke with me and my mother outside the front house in the windy, chilly weather for maybe an hour, reassuring us that no matter what happened he would figure it out, and he did. The morning of the wedding was rain, wind, hail, etc... but that didn't stop Jack, and our wedding planner Danielle (Every Little Detail), from making sure everything was perfect. We watched them run up and down the hills in the rain, shuffling people, heating the barn, and working so hard on our behalf, and I don't think a single guest really even noticed. All we heard was how beautiful the space was, how much fun everyone was having, how impressed they were. RIpley brought us umbrellas and blankets as waited on the porch during the ceremony and was so welcoming and accommodating. A Private Estate was the perfect venue for us. It is so customizable too, whether you want a fancy & formal affair, or a more relaxed party. The views and the grounds speak for themselves, but the true value is having a supportive staff who care as much about your wedding as you do. Every time I look at my wedding photos (the rain makes for some great lighting!) I remember all the love from our families and friends, and the overwhelming appreciation for the staff at A Private Estate. It is cliche, but if I could go back, I wouldn't change a thing. Two years later I still feel the same gratitude. With A Private Estate you can have the outdoor wedding of your dreams... even in a nor'easter.

As a wedding photographer I have been to an incredible number of venues and Locust Hill Barn is a complete stand out. The barn is a bright airy space, with beautiful grounds. Everything you need is right there with little effort. You have a ceremony site, woodlands, farmland, pond, and space outside for guests to roam around. The cocktail hour outside is beautiful, I especially love the lounge area under the tree shade. It also helps that this barn can house large weddings. I would highly recommend!

Being a DIY bride, the Ruins at Sassafrass provided the enchanting backdrop to bring my Pinterest board dreams to life. The flexibility of the space allowed me to add personal touches, turning it into a unique and unforgettable experience. Even in late October the landscape of the mountains in the distance were breathtaking; our guests are still talking about how mesmerizing the views were. What makes our wedding story even more special is that we chose The Ruins before it was even finished. It was a leap of faith based on the vision and promises from Carol, the owner. When we did our initial tour, the venue was still in its beginning stages of completion; even then we were captivated by the potential and the unique charm it promised. What sealed the deal for us, however, was Carol's infectious enthusiasm, passion, and stylistic eye. Her vision and commitment assured us that the venue would be the perfect location for our special day, and it absolutely was! Being part of the journey from the early stages allowed us to witness the Ruins’ transformation, and it added an extra layer of excitement to our wedding planning. Despite the venue's newness and the inevitable growing pains, Carol, Lara (the on site coordinator), Jerome (Carol’s partner in life and business), and the rest of the team made sure our decision to trust them from the beginning was more than worthwhile. Being a newer venue, Carol and the team were still in the process of ironing out a few kinks. Despite some last minute hiccups, what truly stood out was Carol, Jerome, and Lara’s commitment to addressing these challenges in real-time. Their proactive approach and dedication to ensuring our day was perfect more than made up for any set backs in the planning process. This was a HUGE relief when planning such a momentous event. On our actual wedding day, when challenges arose with our day-of coordinator (that we hired separately and was not affiliated with The Ruins), Lara stepped in as our saving grace. Her quick thinking, attention to detail, and unwavering professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and unforgettable celebration. Her ability to coordinate with our vendors and recalibrate the timeline on the spot showcased her experience and dedication. Without Lara's intervention, the day could have taken a different turn, and we are immensely grateful for her expertise and her willingness to step up and save the day. Her creative touch also helped transform the venue into a dreamlike setting, exceeding our expectations. Lara's dedication and experience truly showcased the exceptional team at The Ruins at Sassafrass, if you get the chance you should ABSOLUTELY hire Lara to help plan your event. The property is ideally situated “off the beaten path" with magnificent views of the Catskill Mountains stretching endlessly to the south, enveloping guests with a feeling of true serenity. Our guests come to relax, celebrate and create memories that last a lifetime.

Our September 2023 wedding at the Inn at West Settlement was what dreams are made of. Kim was the perfect partner for us to work with to bring our whimsical wedding to fruition, and not to mention is truly an A gardener and floral arranger (as well as her fabulous team!). I mean... look at any pictures of this venue and imagine the flowers but times 100!!!! It was also very fun and special to help with some of the arrangements the morning of with my mom, sisters and aunt. In general, the grounds are idyllic. The house and venue are wedding ready, beautiful and well-stocked. It was really fun to be able to share the weekend with a group of close friends who we invited to stay in the house with us. We had some big and somewhat silly ideas for ceremony and reception and Kim was a huge supporter as we talked through the logistics of said idea (for example, we had our ceremony in the round with four aisles) and helped us bring it to life. Kim helped us at every point to figure out the best vendors to work with in the area-- she has a wealth of ideas and good relationships with the best people in time. She helped us make sure our guests had all the information they needed to have a fabulous visit to Roxbury and not to mention helped a guest of ours figure out how to get her car fixed the morning after. Everyone who attended had a great time (and we encourage them to talk about it often!) thanks to Kim and her team. Planning a wedding is a lot to navigate but at the Inn at West Settlement, you are in good hands and will get to work with someone who cares about your happiness with every detail at every turn! I wish we could do it all over again! Thanks Kim and team!

He was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. He helped us wrangle vendors before the wedding, he helped with setup and when any issues arose the day before, and he was just all-around a pleasure to work with. He made our experience so enjoyable and he was also instrumental to ensuring the weekend ran smoothly. We really couldn't recommend this venue more.

The Art Factory was definitely the right place for us to get married. We had our ceremony in the Cave - a must if you choose to get married here. We loved the industrial setting adorned with lots and lots of lanterns and candles on the rock wall. Afterwards, the Epic room was a great location for the reception - the minimalist style allowed us to really put our own stamp on the design of the room, which was decorated by the Art Factory. The Art Factory team were incredible and their planners made the journey from the beginning of planning to the execution of the day extremely calming and easy. We thank the Art Factory team for an unforgettable day - a day exactly how we envisioned.

I heard about Sylvan Ridge Farm from a guest that attended their first wedding, and I immediately knew I need to see it for myself. Aside from being a picturesque venue, the full weekend package includes 3 nights in the farmhouse and cottage, full use of the gorgeous barn, pool, hot tub, and grounds. The ability to not only have the whole wedding party stay onsite, but to bring all the vendors to us and not have to leave was everything I was looking for, so we booked on the spot. The owners Linnea and Alec were so wonderful to work with, they made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process and replied to all emails very quickly. The addition of Sara Mack events for the month before/day of coordination was an incredible gift and words cannot convey what a wonderful job David did for us. He was crucial to making our day everything we wanted it to be, and we could not have done it as well without all his assistance. Everyone had an amazing time, and I could not envision our wedding being anywhere else. It was one of the best days of our lives and that is in no small part to the people and property at Sylvan Ridge Farm.

His professional expertise, honesty, and attention to detail was invaluable and beyond appreciated. This is not your average wedding culinary experience. It's obvious Crystal Plaza cares deeply about cuisine and we were blown away by every bite and sip. Our guests have not stopped raving about the culinary experience and the unique presentations of food and drink. The Penthouse and Vault (where the bride/groom/bridal party/groomsmen get ready) is out of this world. There is no other venue with this level of accommodation for both the bride and groom. It was so much fun treating the bridal party to a morning of pampering and having the groomsmen be just as excited about getting ready in the morning was incredible. They won't stop talking about the golf simulator and cigar lounge. I cannot recommend Crystal Plaza enough. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!

I don’t know how else to say this: There is not a single reason to NOT have your wedding here. Allie and Kurt are the most wonderful people who own the most wonderful venue. The property is really quite spacious – the barn is big enough to hold basically the entire wedding and reception from start to finish (in case of bad weather, which thankfully we did not have!) and the grounds between the barn and the beautiful house are big enough for a large tent, outdoor ceremony, lawn games, and plenty of people! The vistas and views of the cornfield and hills are insane, enough to impress our guests from California, Hawaii, and Germany! The two of them put clearly so much effort into the details of restoring the barn and the house, and that labor of love is evident throughout the entire property in a way that really adds to the day. You can stay in the house during your whole time there which is great because it means you don’t have to worry about arriving and leaving on your wedding day. We had the property beginning on Friday and hosted a great pizza night for any of guests who would be in town. The morning of our wedding (as well as the morning after) they made us a fantastic breakfast with ingredients from their garden. The house we stayed in and got ready in is beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. The vendors all loved the venue as well, and everyone worked together to create an absolutely ideal wedding. Allie and Kurt will be there every step of the way working with you and your vendors to make the weekend go smoothly, and they are always there to offer their help in decorating (they have tons of fresh flowers, lanterns, you name it). Almost everyone who came to our wedding told us that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, and that was in no small part thanks to this amazing location and these two great people. Pros: -Much more affordable than many of the other venues in the area -The venue gives you so much flexibility with how you want to design your day and setup your décor -You can stay on the property in a beautiful remodeled historic home with some amazing breakfasts and a hot tub -The VIEWS -The barn is big enough to have a large wedding ENTIRELY inside in case of weather -The owners work incredibly well with whatever vendors you will set up, are incredibly responsive to emails and will do much of the handiwork the weekend of your wedding as well as setup and takedown. We got married at The Anthracite Center on September 10, 2022 and I cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish the experience was all we could've asked for. We had our ceremony in the main event space which was absolutely beautiful and picturesque. Then while we were taking pictures, the chairs from the ceremony were moved to the dinner tables that were already set up on the sides and the reception was held in the same space. The space is just the perfect size to fit everything without feeling crushed or cluttered. However, we had cocktail hour upstairs on the beautiful mezzanine where you could overlook everything. We also wanted a venue that had catering built in which The Anthracite Center did. The food was awesome, we got a lot of compliments from our guests! With everything else we had to plan with the wedding, we were put at ease knowing all of that was in one place. I conversed with Ashley through email and she always answered all of my questions thoroughly no matter how silly they were! When it came to planning the food tasting and the logistics of the wedding, she made it as painless and organized as possible. We didn't worry about anything on our wedding day, everything went so smoothly. Of course we can't forget about the uniqueness of the venue. The bank vault at the end of the space was very cool and the bar was held inside of it which was such a neat aspect! The space felt so airy and light with huge windows but also classy and elegant with the accents of gold everywhere, high ceilings and the chandelier. Having our wedding at The Anthracite Center was a wonderful experience.

I cannot say enough about our wedding and experience with Seven Ponds Farm. Among many things, Erik and I are foodies and environmentalists, and Seven Ponds Farm represents those two aspects flawlessly. The forethought that owners Min and Morten put into every detail of Seven Ponds, is what makes this place truly unique. From the gorgeous vistas, to the handcrafted details of the farmhouse, every aspect has been carefully planned to make for a dream come true venue. Once you fall in love with the venue, and can’t imagine having your wedding anywhere else, it only gets better. I tend to be slightly OCD, and detail orientated, and I think have met my match in Carol! I did not stress nor worry at any point through the planning process! Carol knows what she is doing and took care of everything! She walked me through every detail until I was happy, and even brought up things I wouldn’t have thought of. I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with her! She is a gem, with a great sense of humor, and an ease about her. I don’t think that I could pick out my one favorite part of our wedding, but if I had to, the food definitely would be towards the top of that list! So many weddings I have been to, is the same dried out chicken, and over sauced meat. Fortunately, you will not find anything like that at Seven Ponds! Just the opposite, you and your guests will think you are eating at an elegant 5-star restaurant. The food is delectable, unique, and full of flavor. Our guest kept saying “This is real food.” And I could not agree more, it’s a real farm to table experience for your taste buds. And the marzipan cake (drool), is the perfect ending to your meal. It is just the right amount of sweetness, while still being light and airy. If the incredible team, and food weren’t enough the venue itself is picturesque. Set among gorgeous views of the mountains, valleys and ponds, everywhere you look is a treat for your eyes. The renovated barn is just as spectacular, with the kayak chandelier and the handmade wooden tables and chairs. One last added perk, Mina! She is a love! She along with Carol made sure everything was taken care, and all the details were in place. This even include freshly made berry muffins delivery in the morning while we were staying at the farmhouse. I cannot overstate the rustic sophistication of this venue, and Min and Morten and their team. Every need from beginning to end was met. Katlyn, Chris, and the entire staff went well above our expectations the day of, and our guests were truly wowed. Throughout the planning process, Katlyn answered all of my (many) emails so promptly. She was a pleasure to work with and the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch because of her attention to detail and wanting to make sure our special day was all that we wanted it to be. To touch on the food again, numerous guests stated it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, which really speaks volumes to Anthony and The Spinning Wheel staff. The Artfactory is an experience that you will remember forever ,this is not your typical carpet and chandeliers. Having grown up in the area, I was so excited to plan a party for my daughter at Arrow. Not only were Allie and Jared the sweetest couple ever, but their enthusiasm for the venue was contagious. From our first appointment, we were so excited. Allie helped my daughter decide on the color scheme as well as present ideas for the centerpieces and dessert table. Arrow took care of all the planning and coordination of vendors from start to finish. When it was time to sing, I realized I forgot the candles. Without missing a beat, Jared was so kind to volunteer to run out for candles and saved the day. It truly was a magical evening and I hope I am able to work with them again in the future.

They also arranged our 200-person ceremony space in a way that made the ceremony feel so intimate and warm!

We got married at the smoke rise village inn and couldn’t have been any happier. It was truly our dream wedding and Kelly was extremely helpful from beginning to end answering any questions we had. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond even getting drinks and making plates of food during cocktail hour for my grandmother. The food - oh my gosh our guests still talk about it to this day ! Even some of our high maintenance picky eaters were accommodated which I’ve never seen anywhere else. We got married at Windham Manor on 07/01/2023 and it was utterly perfect. Susan, Barry, and Terry helped make sure everything was perfect and running smoothly the entire weekend. There were so many things that they coordinated (transport around the property, folks to help set up coolers, refill ice, set up the barn, set up the ceremony site, etc.) that we never felt too overwhelmed - despite it being such a big weekend! It was a dream to get to get married there and couldn't have been more special or beautiful.

I could go on endlessly about how amazing the Maples Estate, and Katie and Louis are but I’ll try to keep it brief! From our first interactions with Katie, which was via a virtual tour, my husband and I knew there was something special here. We immediately booked an in-person tour, and once we stepped foot on the property we knew this was where we would get married. The estate itself is stunningly unreal. In the middle of the mountains, beautiful views all around, wild flowers in abundance, a beautiful river, the pavilion is a dream, and so many options for your event locations - all of which are magical. Our wedding party stayed with us in the house and we all felt so comfortable. With 17 of us in total it was awesome to have the space to be together comfortably as we played games or shared a meal. The getting ready room is beautiful, it is a fun space to prepare in and the photos will be epic. We added on partial planning to our contract, so we worked with Katie throughout our wedding preparations. Katie is fantastic! She made us feel so comfortable, which made it easy to collaborate. Katie made our design board, every time I shared it with a vendor the response was “oh my gosh did you make this?!” Katie’s design skills are amazing, organization is on point, she is calm and quick to respond, and her list of vendors is expansive and everyone we worked with was just as amazing as Katie and Louis. If you are thinking about the Maples Estate, go for it! We had a wedding that was so uniquely us and that was because Katie and Louis gave us the space to do so. At every point Katie embraced our ideas, embraced our family and friends, and allowed our relationship to be reflected in an amazing weekend. We are so grateful and lucky to have found them! We are rooting for a couples reunion event or something so we can visit them soon.

The Inn at Taughannock has three on-site wedding venues, including a new one-acre wedding garden. The wedding garden, named "Enchantment", has a 100' x 60' translucent sailcloth tent, a 42' alabaster bar, and a dry-stack stone fire place that it took four masons one year to build. In addition to these marvelous features there are also three fire-pits on site, one of which is cantilevered and hangs above the outer wall over looking Cayuga Lake. As a photographer I love to work at the Inn at Taughannock. The setting alone is stunning with views of the lake, a historic inn and beautiful tented patio. The staff is always helpful and organized and their food is delicious. I would highly recommend hosting your wedding or event here.

I worked with Kristian, and she was awesome. Answered all questions very quickly, and was very accommodating throughout the planning process. Our day was beyond amazing. If there were issues, I had no idea. I attended my own cocktail hour, ate dinner, danced the night away, and was able to enjoy myself in all the ways people tell you that you can’t as a bride. This is without a wedding planner, as well. At DCI, they truly are a one stop shop, and you can have the perfect day without the hassle of coordinating a bunch of vendors yourself since many of them (preferred and nonpreferred) are accustomed to the venue. We used their preferred florist, Fleurs Divine, and I have to recommend Monika within this review as well. She is knowledgeable, professional and makes your vision (and Pinterest board) a reality unlike anything you could believe. I honestly wasn’t necessarily hyped over flowers, but the designs she created will remain one my favorite memories from my wedding day. To any future bride considering DCI, do yourself the biggest favor and book it.

I had my wedding here 10.14.23 and let me tell you, Everything was easy. From setting the date down to the end of the night of my wedding day. Sal and Jason are the absolute best. They made my wedding a dream. Everyone can’t stop talking about my entrance ( do it by the way totally worth it) down to the desserts, which they totally outdid themselves. I felt like I was in Willy Wonka land. Will definitely do future events with them!!!!

We cannot recommend Crystal Springs enough as a wedding venue. It had everything we were looking for. Not only is the venue stunning at all times of the year, but the fact that all our guests could stay on site relieved so much chaos and stress. We also loved the idea that we can always come back to visit the place where we said “I do.” The venue also comes with an on-site coordinator that ensures your day runs smoothly and without a hitch!

Wildflower on Watts is truly one of a kind! It’s no coincidence that the abbreviation would spell W.O.W. because that exactly what you say the moment you see it. It’s described as a luxury barn venue and is exactly that. A large kitchen space, a 360 degree loft area that overlooks the entire main floor, beautiful and clean bathrooms, large ceiling skylights, and windows that surround the entire building to bring in a ton of natural light are just some of the features that set this barn venue apart from others. Not only is it unlike any venue I have seen in this area but it is unlike any venue that I have ever seen, period. It’s located on the most beautiful property that is surrounded by an abundance of flowers and impeccable landscaping. The owners are incredibly kind and work hard to make sure any wedding and/or event at their venue is everything you could want and more! They are hands on, punctual and communicative which is extremely important for any couple when picking a venue and planning a wedding. Wildflower on Watts is truly that one of a kind venue for the modern day couple and is a much more elevated barn venue experience while also still embodying everything that you know and love about the Poconos.

Ballyowen Golf Club was an absolute dream of a venue! The venue is located on one of the most beautiful photographic landscapes which is a bonus for photos. From the moment we toured Ballyowen, we knew it was the one. We had such a pleasant experience working with Julie, Silje, and our maitre d, Mike. Our guests are still raving about the venue and the food! Ballyowen will forever hold such a special place in our hearts and just thinking about it brings a smile to my face. They were amazing. They were still their normal well oiled machine despite changing their whole set-up with corona. The servers going up and down the stairs outside came one by one and right to their tables. The cocktail hour was amazing, we didn’t get to actually see it as they made us enjoy it in the bridal suite so we were actually able to eat and they brought us everything from there and anything else specific we wanted. Dawn was our bridal attendant and she was on loan from Park Chateau and she was BEYOND amazing, I literally looked at her at one point and was like what am I thinking? Where do I stand? I didn’t have to think about a thing. She was always right there. Kristin was the other bridal attendant and she was great also. And Manny was the event coordinator and he was also there all the time, I feel like he would just appear, I never knew where he came from but boom he was there and anticipated what we needed before we could open our mouth to ask for anything. They didn’t have fans outside on dance floor and I asked a bartender to put them out and he said no and then boom Manny was there and I asked him and prob. within 5 min. there was fans out there. Everything was so smooth and organized and they kept the show rolling. The food was awesome and they did nothing wrong. We had the ceremony outside instead of the chapel and idk if they did that before as we said people could be at the tables set-up instead of chairs but they set the chairs out there and turned it over and set it up.

We had our daughter's wedding reception in October at the Patterson Club and I can't say enough about how wonderful it was. From start to finish the entire experience was terrific. Lindsey and Louise were amazing! They made our daughter's dream wedding a reality by listening to our ideas and offering suggestions based on their extensive experience. They were personable, professional and super easy to work with. The end result was a flawlessly executed reception with outstanding food and service. They guided us through menu planning, including tastings of hors-d'oeuvres, entrees and wine selections-no worries about people leaving hungry as portions were generous. Our guests were so impressed with the quality of the food, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the overall beauty of the venue. As the mother of the bride I am so grateful to The Patterson club for how easy they made the planning process for us; we were able to thoroughly enjoy the entire event without a worry, knowing all the details were being attended to. I will never have the words to accurately describe what our wedding weekend at Gilbertsville was like. To say it was a dream would be an understatement. First things first, we booked this place in the dead of winter - like actual snow on the ground - because even without knowing what it looks like in season we knew it was unreal. From then on, the process leading up to our wedding was nothing short of pleasant and exciting. The team - Sharon and Gina - are extremely responsive and never make you feel like your questions are too small or trivial, they understand how important the day is to you and are in the process with you. Our tasting with Shane and his team was just another incredible day that solidified we made the right choice. I've been to plenty of weddings but Gilbertsville's food is so spectacular and nowhere near just the typical churned out wedding chicken and steak. Then our wedding weekend came and we never wanted it to end. The property itself it's just so incredible, even the adults were reverting to childhood when they saw all the animals and the glamping tents. Katie and George took such good care of us throughout the weekend and were always positive, happy, helpful and matched our vibe of just being in a good mood. I truly don't have enough good things to say about this place as a wedding, or the people who work here. Whitby Castle in Rye, NY is the absolute best & most perfect place for a wedding & we very highly recommend it as your wedding venue! We got married in March 2024 on a Saturday afternoon at Whitby & it was better than we ever could have imagined thanks to the breathtaking venue & all the amazing managers & staff. We looked at 10 wedding venues in Tri-state area before finding Whitby, & we knew we had to get married there the minute we saw it. First was the gorgeous castle & grounds (flawlessly manicured lawns on Rye Golf club & striking views of LI Sound), & how the venue provided accommodations for all weather types. Next was the wedding package, which included everything needed & was the best price for all options; we couldn’t find a better price anywhere. From our first meeting w/ Niki, the Catering Sales Manager at Whitby, we knew we made the right choice. Niki handled everything w/ the venue throughout the process, including catering, vendors, amenities & all options available through Whitby. Niki took the time to get to know us & thoroughly explained the numerous elements to consider when planning our wedding. She made us feel as if she genuinely cared about us & our wedding (because she did). We later met w/ the Ops Manager, Ralph, about 3 weeks before the wedding & he was just as awesome. Ralph had all the particulars laid out for every aspect of our wedding & provided a comprehensive timeline & wedding plan. Niki & Ralph were incredibly professional & knowledgeable, & also exceedingly responsive & accommodating. Weather was no concern on our wedding day because of how Whitby operates. They have complete & functional outdoor heating throughout the wraparound patio that hosted much of cocktail hour, despite it being high 50. We had wonderful sun on morning of our wedding, but it was windy & our ceremony would be on colder side in afternoon. We did not want our guests to sit in the cold, so we had an indoor wedding, & it was beyond stunning. The magnificent arch windows in the reception hall gave us astonishing light & scenic views for the ceremony. Regardless of weather, they set up for both options, to have our wedding inside or outside. We thought this was amazing considering how unpredictable weather can be. Some venues tend to have multiple weddings to maximize space, but we appreciated that Whitby treated us as the main event. In addition to astounding views & spectacular customer service, the entrées & various food courses were outstanding. I am not sure which our guests raved about more, the delectable food or marvelous views. We also have nothing but phenomenal things to say about Rosa, the bridal attendant at Whitby. Rosa was exceptionally attentive & helpful throughout the day. Niki, Ralph, Rosa, & our maître d', Gabriel, were all extremely organized & prepared for every scenario. There were so many moving parts & minute details involved in our wedding, but Gabriel was so on top of everything & made it a day to remember. The service was impeccable & all Whitby staff were tremendously kind & helpful. Nearly all our guests told us how it was not only the most beautiful & fun wedding they have ever been to, but the best party. Whitby gave us a wedding beyond our dreams. We couldn’t be happier w/ our wedding & we know it was all because of the venue & their fantastic team. We very highly recommend Whitby Castle as your wedding venue! From start to finish, Black Bear Golf Club was a dream to work with for our 10/14/23 wedding. Lee was the greatest wedding coordinator a couple could ask for. She dished out helpful advice and suggestions, answered all our questions, and was warm and friendly every step of the way. She was a source of calm on wedding weekend and we're so grateful for her expertise. The food at Black Bear is generous and delicious. Couples have so many tasty options to choose from and your guests will not leave hungry. The cake that Black Bear supplies from Calandra's is equally incredible. The reception area is spacious -- there's two bars, ample seating, and a large dance floor. The room for cocktail hour is a nice inside/outside space, with enough room for guests to spread out, enjoy each other's company, and take in the scenery. It poured on our wedding day, so we weren't able to use the outside ceremony area, but the staff did an incredible job setting up inside -- the extra decorations and touches they added made it feel just as beautiful. If you get married in fall like we did, prepare to be wowed but all of the pumpkins, gourds, mums, and harvest vibes. Of course, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the mountains -- our guests couldn't believe how breathtaking they were as the fog rolled in, and the gentle wisps of foliage sprinkled within. Net/net: Black Bear is affordable in terms of the wedding industry; the food is delicious and bountiful; the scenery is beautiful; and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've been replaying this wonderful day in my head endless since the big day. THANK YOU for everything!

Birch Hill was the best venue for us! From day 1 the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We really didn't have many ideas to start and didn't know where to start but Jessica was a HUGE help to us. She was patient and used her experience to help guide us but making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When Jessica was unavailable, other staff member (Joanne, Sarah, etc.) quickly and willingly stepped in to give us a hand. On the day of, it couldn't have gone any smoother. All of the staff (Jessica, Rebecca, Will, Serena, etc.) were extremely helpful making sure we got where we needed, things were in place, food and drinks were served to us, etc. I cant even list everything that have done for us! The space is large and able to fit our 10 piece band, 175 guests with 16 tables, plus a sweetheart table without feeling crammed.

We had our wedding reception at Capriotti's this September, and we couldn't be more pleased with the way everything was handled. Tommy & Bri J & staff had taken care of all of my requests - none too small or large for them to execute! I had plentiful meetings since booking in 1/2022 & even attended their annual Tasting Event (free for couples having their wedding at Capriotti's). They go through literally every little detail & every aspect to ensure your Pinterest board comes to life for your big day. There was very little work for us to do as the staff sets up & breaks down all of your decorations. The landscaping surrounding the facility & Capella were immaculate areas for our photographers to snag some pictures - there is even outdoor patios that we utilized our neon sign for guests to get pictures with & us to do group family photos in front of. We had so many compliments on our wedding food & desserts (cake and cupcakes were provided by the venue)! Our guests loved the open bar, little did they know the food & alcohol are included in the person price making it a very budget-friendly venue that includes so much! I 100% recommend Capriotti's for any event- their neutral palette allows for you to bring any vision to life here.

Planning our wedding from Charleston, SC, Daniel and I had to be strategic with our venue tours and wedding coordination. The North Shore House was the first venue we planned to visit on a weekend trip home. From the moment we drove through the gorgeous grounds gate, we were hooked. Eric met us at the door and gave us a walkthrough of the estate. He was very professional, thorough, light-hearted, and honest. He had all the answers to any question we posed. After leaving, we made it half through our next venue tour, and knew we had already found the place for us at the North Shore House. We got engaged in November, booked the North Shore House in January, and recently held our event on September 9th. A majority of our coordination meetings, we were able to hold remotely (which saved a few plane rides for us) Everytime we came to visit for a bridal expo, tasting, and then later our 30 day pre-wedding meeting, the grounds became lush and more beautiful than we remembered. It truly is a gorgeous venue. We had the pleasure of working with the entire team—from Louise and Eric, to Kelly, Molly, and Emma. It truly was a group effort. The platform that they use “Planning Pods” makes it easy to communicate all needs and unanswered prompts with clear deadlines. It’s a great tool to keep planning needs organized. The food was impeccable! Ken made the BEST recommendations! I have celiac disease, and the whole kitchen staff made accommodations to ensure all guests with allergies were able to enjoy the food. I’ll be thinking about Michelle’s gluten-free cupcakes for years to come! I have to take the rest of my review to praise Kelly Koster, who was our day-of coordinator. I could NOT have stayed as calm as I had without her guidance. The forecast for our wedding day was less than ideal, scattered storms in the area. All that I wanted for the past ten months was to get married alongside that gorgeous lake. Kelly and the team watched the storm tracker, and kept us updated on our options. She presented alternatives with a very matter-of-fact attitude, ensuring that it was our decision (which made it hard because I was talking to my husband through other people.) The whole team scrambled to move our ceremony a half hour earlier and ultimately, we moved the cocktail hour inside. As I walked down the aisle, a very dramatic windstorm blew through, my veil flew even off of my head! We all watched as the sky turned from blue to grey in the most dramatic way. It was a ceremony for the books. Not a drop of rain fell until the last guest entered the venue for cocktail hour. I could not have imagined our wedding to have been anywhere else. From the rehearsal dinner, to the wedding, accommodations, food, day-of coordinator, the North Shore House provided exactly what we NEEDED for our day. It truly is the best one-stop shop. We are forever grateful of the memories this venue has given us. We plan to come back every year for our anniversary dinner! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
