“Ryan was the one. There was never a question about choosing him be our Destination Wedding Planner. I said yes to my husband, and we BOTH said yes to Ryan Cech and his incredible management team at Prairie and Peak Events. He started out as our DJ ; he has 15 years of experience! I loved his energy, transparency and most importantly - his response time! Communication is everything to the busy bride or groom. I started many an email thread to Ryan and then fell off because LIFE and when I picked back up, Ryan responded RIGHT away. And should he be out of office, he is very transparent around timing and closes loops both before and after. (Wedding vendor radio silence can be VERY anxiety inducing!) From the get go, he doled out sage words of wisdom that can only come with his experience and time in the industry. He knew EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING. Truly. So asking him to take on full management of our wedding was as easy as saying I Do. And from that moment on - I could breathe. I trusted Ryan completely. He brought a guitar from his home and included it in his AV set up, so my brother could live perform a song he had written. He lent my family all the baby things! Pack and play, and whatever else babies need!? (dog parents here) When we flew in to visit the venue, he chauffeured us around town like we were his own family. “Megan at North Star gave us the most incredible mountain-side engagement brunch at Fairy Lake near Bozeman, MT. She handled everything from decor, setup and breakdown, timing, and a ton of little details I never would’ve thought of. It honestly felt so effortless! Kianna and her team at Golden Hour Events perfectly embody this. No matter what happened, Kianna was there to handle and make sure everything was running smoothly, so that as the bride and groom, we could enjoy our special day without the additional stress of the event or day of logistics (Kianna even ran to our hotel room to grab the groom extra contact lenses when his fell out right before the mother-son dance). The ability to relax and enjoy the wedding day because of our trust in the wedding planner provided an immeasurable comfort that is invaluable to the bride and groom. This trust is something that Kianna and her team provided us, and we confidently know they will provide any couple the same on their wedding day. The planning process for a wedding takes months of active and ongoing work, often with difficult decisions, yet fun moments. Their level of creativity, eye for artistry, elegance, and tastefulness, and attention to detail (right down to the napkins, linens, menus, table numbers, and seating chart) are unmatched. When I opened the doors to the reception ballroom for the first time, I was overcome with so much emotion, as Kianna turned my vision into a reality, while far surpassing my dreams. She transformed an empty ballroom into a beautiful and breathtaking pink wonderland. While the Golden Hour Events team was all around amazing, their unique designs and willingness to go above and beyond for us really stood out as particularly impressive – rather than the same cookie-cutter wedding decor, Kianna constantly was suggesting decor that truly was different and reflected my personal vision. She also tracked down cushions that were the exact size of our chairs when I asked if our chairs could have cushions; she even had her family drive an ice cream cart from Texas to Montana for our dessert ice cream sundae bar. After interviewing several planners based on a recommendation from our photographer, Niki immediately stood out. Her deep familiarity with the venue, its layout, and staff gave us tremendous peace of mind from the very beginning. We chose NJ Event Collective’s “Day of Coordination” package, as I wanted to handle much of the event design and DIY elements myself. I’m incredibly thankful that Niki’s team was our coordinator as they were absolutely instrumental in making our day run smoothly and stress-free. Throughout the planning process, we primarily communicated with Jaime, Niki’s lead assistant, who was outstanding—organized, efficient, and always on top of every detail. She ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. Our in-person meetings were with Niki, who was always well-informed and seamlessly aligned with everything we had discussed with Jaime. Although Jaime was unable to be present on the wedding day due to maternity leave, the rest of the NJ team stepped in effortlessly. Their communication and coordination with the other vendors too were impeccable; we were only approached with two or three quick questions during the entire reception, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day without distraction. One of the standout tools they used was a shared drive, which housed our timeline, vendor details, setup instructions, and more. This centralized system made it incredibly easy to update and access information without relying on endless email threads. The greatest gift Niki and her team gave us was the ability to be fully present on our wedding day. We never had to worry about logistics, vendor coordination, or last-minute decisions—everything had been thoughtfully planned and executed. “Jeanette was absolutely incredible for our wedding!! From start to finish, she provided great insight to the wedding process. She provided great recommendations for vendors and advice on what decisions needed to be made next. Planning a destination wedding is difficult because you are not there to see and meet with the vendors in person, Jeanette visited the venue for us and coordinated with all the vendors on when to arrive, where to park, etc. We had a time change last minute and she contacted everyone so I did not have to. On the day of the wedding, she was beyond wonderful. She coordinated everything in our vision and handled everything for the day down to the smallest details. I did not stress at all and was truly able to enjoy the day because of her. Jeanette ran to get more ice and water as she saw we may run low. “Kayleigh and Nichole were amazing! Kayleigh and her team at Wild West Collective do a wonderful job in making sure you don’t have to lift a finger on the day of your wedding. The Wild West Collective was born in 2019 after I moved to Cody, Wyoming and realized there was really no wedding infrastructure in the immediate area. I was a wedding photographer at the time and just had the intentions of offering some farm tables and cross back chairs. What started as 15 tables and 120 chairs has turned into close to $1M in rentals inventory and us offering planning & design services too. I strive to source beautiful and unique rentals, to price our rentals at affordable rates, and to create unique spaces. I'm a creative at heart and somehow turned my hobby into a full time job that I love!

“We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
