Hi, I’m Leann! With over a decade of experience in event and project management, I’ve had the joy of bringing all kinds of celebrations to life. I love the magic of the morning- the quiet before the day unfolds, the beauty of watching it all come together, and that electric feeling to watch memories being made. I believe couples should be the guests of honor at their own wedding, not the hosts. My role is to handle the details, smooth out the logistics, and keep the day running seamlessly; so you can completely enjoy your day! I would love to be a part of your story and help make your day everything you’ve dreamed of.

With over a decade of experience in event and project management and as a certified PMP, project management professional, I’m not afraid of juggling a lot of moving pieces. I’ve managed every kind of project and event, and worked with every kind of person, which means no detail is too small and no challenge is too big. What sets me apart is the energy and enthusiasm I bring to each wedding, balanced with a calm presence and a love for proactively solving problems before they ever reach you.

    Leann was the wedding coordinator for our 125-person wedding in Montana, and she is awesome! She was so fun and easy to work with from the get-go. We met multiple times before the wedding and she was indispensable for brainstorming ideas and helping us hone in on the things that were important to us. She is very supportive, creative, detail-oriented, and relatable - every meeting with her was highly productive! On our wedding day she was a life-saver getting last-minute things done. My husband and I loved working with Leann and highly recommend her!!

    When my sister decided to have a destination wedding in Montana, I know we needed to look for a Wedding Coordinator! As her Maid of Honor, I wanted to do everything for her that day but also wanted to make sure I was able to enjoy my sisters wedding and not have to worry about the small details and if we were on schedule all day long. We met Leann over the phone and from the first call, knew she was going to be a great fit! She helped us with the schedule, asked us questions we didn't even think about planning out, and made the whole day just come together beautifully! Having Leann there was such a stress reliver, she is energetic and caring down to the smallest detail! The whole day she was able to make sure we were on schedule and was able to deal with all the venders so little things like tipping the photographer, paying the caterer, etc we didn't have to worry about the day of, she handled it all! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, you need one! Wedding's are A LOT of planning and expensive, having a coordinator helps bring the day together. If you are looking to have a rockstar of a wedding coordinator, hire Leann! I cannot recommend her enough and know she will help any couple have a great experience on their wedding like she did for my sister

    Leanne from Spruce Projects and Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first interaction, her communication style was calming, quick, and knowledgeable, putting us at ease through the entire planning process. The quality of her work was amazing - she was incredibly detail-oriented and really listened to understand our vision. She went the extra mile in so many ways, like safety pinning down each table runner to keep them in place due to the windy conditions on our wedding day.     I can't recommend Spruce Projects and Events enough. While she didn't plan my person wedding I had the chance to work closely with Leann to coordinate the Old Salt Festival. She is processional, efficient, down-to-earth. Seeing her manage such a large, complex event with ease gave me total confidence that Spruce would be the very first company I'd call for any type of planning services, weddings included.
