Based in Helena, we specialize in creating beautiful, light-filled outdoor spaces that feel elevated, natural, and welcoming. Our tents are known for their soft glow, sweeping peaks, and timeless style — while still being sturdy, wind- and weather-ready for Montana conditions. We provide delivery, professional installation, layout planning, and teardown to make your day seamless and stress-free.

We approach tenting as both a technical service and a design experience. We don’t just set up a tent — we help you think through layout, flow, and how the space will feel on your wedding day. Our sailcloth tents are selected for beauty, light, and warmth after dark, and installed with care for your landscape and guest experience. You’ll work directly with us for thoughtful planning, clear communication, and calm execution.

    Flawless Tent Rental Experience

    We couldn’t be happier with our experience booking our tent through Leann at Spruce Collection! From the very first text message, communication was amazing — quick, clear, and so reassuring during a busy wedding planning process. The tent itself was brand new, spotless, and absolutely beautiful. Everything was set up perfectly and exactly as promised. You can tell she truly cares about her business and her couples. She was on time, energetic, professional, and so easy to work with, which honestly made a huge difference on wedding day. Setup and breakdown were seamless, and we never had to worry about a thing. If you’re looking for a tent company that’s reliable, clean, and genuinely a joy to work with, we can’t recommend her enough. One of the best vendor decisions we made!
