After more than 17 years and 700+ weddings as both a Wedding Planner and Wedding DJ, Ryan has had the unique opportunity to gain experience and wedding knowledge that is not often found in the industry. His approach to event production blends creativity with logistical expertise. Starting as a Wedding DJ, I averaged over 45 weddings per year across Montana, learning firsthand what works and doesn't work at a wedding. Cannot recommend Ryan and his team enough!!
We got married in Bozeman two weeks ago and we truly couldn't have had the amazing wedding day we did without Ryan and his team!! I met with a few planners and knew Ryan was the right choice for us immediately. He was very personable, friendly, and you could tell he knew what he was doing from the first call. We originally hired Ryan for day of coordination and DJing but added full planning services on a few months before the wedding and it was SOO worth it. He took over all vendor communication, planning, design, and went above and beyond to make our day special and stress free. He handled all decor, set up, take down, communication, picking up rentals, EVERYTHING! He even built us wooden poles so we could have bistro lights on the patio of our venue! He thought of absolutely EVERY detail, including so many things I would never have thought of. He was always willing to text or jump on a call and talk through all of our options, listening to our responses, and helping us to come to decisions and get what we really wanted out of our day. He checked on us multiple times throughout the wedding day to see if we needed anything, a drink, etc. He truly made our wedding day and planning experience so much more fun, relaxed, and stress free. He was also an amazing DJ and kept the dance floor full all night! THANK YOU RYAN!!!

Best vendor team
We just had our wedding a few days ago and it was everything we could have asked for and more thanks to Ryan and his team! Being from Texas, this was a destination wedding for us and Ryan was there to help with it all! From meeting him a year ago we knew he was the best guy for the job! He coordinated with all of our vendors and ensured everything matched our vision for the day! Not only is he very organized and professional, he is a great guy and new friend to us! We could not be more thankful to Ryan! Thank you highly to the Prairie and Peak team for the most stress free and beautiful day!!

Couldn't have done it without Ryan!
Can't say enough good things about Ryan and his team at Prairie and Peak Events!!! Truly made our day seamless, stress-free, and so fun! Not to mention so many of my guests said it was one of hte best weddings they've been to because it was smooth, relaxed, and special. Ryan has so much experience and advise to offer, and he thought of so many things; I could not have done it all without him.

Money Well Spent
Prairie and Peak Events were an invaluable partner in planning our wedding. From the start, their communication was responsive, clear, and consistent, putting us at ease throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and comprehensive approach was truly impressive - when hiccups with other vendors occurred, Ryan immediately took these off our plate and handled them himself. Ryan also created a detailed map of where our guests were staying and arranged transportation for them to and from the wedding, ensuring everything ran smoothly on the big day. The team at Prairie and Peak Events was efficient and attentive, making their services feel truly indispensable. We cannot recommend them highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.
