“Okay brides just book them!!! I wish I could do 200 stars because that’s what they deserve. The amount of people who came up to us through out the night to comment on the music was the most rewarding feeling, because I completely agreed! The combination of live acoustic, with dj is so unique, stood out to everyone, and was worth every penny. The planning process with them was so easy, and they even put my mind at ease by just sharing their insights, while also listening to what we wanted. Joseph perform our first dance song live, which was my favorite part- it wasn’t your typical “slow” song, but we loved it anyways and he really executed it beautifully. We were all in awe of the whole experience. I ALMOST didn’t have them incorporate the live sing a long at the end, but after they described the vibe on our last call I changed my mind and let me say- I’m so glad they did it. One of my friends told me they felt like they were at a concert. We wish we could relive that night over and over again. “PK and the Mighty Seven was THEE best band for our wedding. We had initially seen them play at porchfest and have gone back to see them each year since. They always draw a massive crowd and they kill it every time. For our wedding we considered getting a DJ for a second but boy are we glad we didn’t. PK brought the heat and they worth every penny. Leading up to the wedding, Matt was great to work with. We had a few calls prior to the wedding to plan songs, and we were able to give some definite YESs and NOs based on their extensive song list. They have great Motown, funk, and pop classics on their list, but they also did fantastic renditions of our pop-punk and ska requests. Matt was super responsive and coordinated with the venue about their logistics. During the wedding itself they brought fantastic energy, and know how to read a room. As (amateur) musicians, they even let us come up to play a song with them which was the most special moment and topped everything off. All around, 11 out of 10. Great to work with, professional, and absolutely rock!”

“Wow, wow, wow. The 1999 was recommended to us by our friends who saw them at a bar in Newport, RI. When we contacted them, they set up a private and intimate showcase where we got to sit down with the whole band and their DJ and ask a million questions. They also played a mini set and took our requests LIVE on the spot -- that blew us away. When it came time to our actual wedding, they were so polished, warm, friendly but most importantly energetic and fun. We had a wide range of ages at our wedding from kids under 12 to our great grandparents over 90 -- and all of them raved about how great they were. They were able to play our first dance live which made for a really special moment for my wife and me. Couldn't recommend them enough to the next couple. They are an absolute blast!”
