No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. She also did a stellar job at the end of our getting ready session when my matron of honor still needed to get her hair done and we were running behind to get picked up. We had a late morning wedding with a late afternoon reception and everything held up for all 4 of us through the ceremony, pictures, and dancing. Ket made me feel completely at ease and truly took the time to explain things to me and understand our vision. As an anxious bride, I really appreciated our several planning calls, tablescape mockup, her virtual CAD modeling, and that she even invited me to go to the floral wholesaler with her to select our roses. I also loved being able to follow the behind-the-scenes process of her creating the arrangements on Instagram. Ket’s positive attitude, calming words, and kind smile during even the crazy parts of our wedding day truly touched me. Despite rain, Ket and her team set up our arbor through the storm and in record time (and with a baby on her back). She truly is a super woman!
