Hello David, We appreciate you leaving a review but you are unfortunately misrepresenting how the experience went and leaving out key details. Because of two emergencies that occurred outside of our control, we did have to reschedule her initial preview appointment and her first re-preview. We did apologize to Giovana, and offered free services to make up for it. She ended up receiving all three of her previews, 6 total appointment services, for free. Her first preview, we welcomed her sister to join us. At her third preview, her wonderful planner joined us and we created her dream bridal look. We had to conduct three total previews because we were not being communicated properly what Giovana wanted and our solutions to fix some of the hairstyling issues were not accepted. She brought us photos of brown and champagne makeup looks when in reality, she wanted peachy pinks, which I was able to figure out for her at her final preview. I offered her a hairstyling treatment to have done BEFORE the wedding services were to be done to help with the issues she was having with her hair, but she initially declined for lack of time. I worked closely with your wedding planning team leading up the the wedding and after a wonderful team zoom, we came up with an awesome solution to bring her the best results. Leading up to her final preview I sent her recommendations for hair masks and facial masks to help her hair and skin health outside of the appointment, which ultimately lead to great results at her final preview. After her final preview, when the proper inspo was communicated and my suggestion to do the hairstyling treatment was accepted, she absolutely LOVED her results and we hear you did, too. On the wedding day I arrived to her hotel one hour and 15 minutes ahead to conduct three services, for free, might I add, to properly add treatment and prep her hair for the day. After careful artistry, I executed Giovana’s dream hair and makeup that she loved. Her hair and makeup lasted BEAUTIFULLY all night long and she was a gorgeous bride. I waited until after our contracted finish time for her to get into her dress, to make sure she felt beautiful, confident and radiating like a bride should. After she gave me the green light that she felt great and was ready, I then left, ensuring everyone’s experience was nothing but wonderful and professional. I appreciate you coming to share your experience but it is important to be clear and to communicate the full story, not just some parts. Based on the experiences of my other clients, the reviews speak for themselves and every other client booked with me had a wonderful and beautiful experience in which they loved and ultimately felt that their wedding day vision was brought to life with our beauty contribution. It is important to remember that when assessing bridal hair and makeup results, realistic expectations must be maintained. We made many accommodations and offered so many free things to make up for any uncertainty leading up to the wedding day. On the wedding day, e did everything we could to bring her a beautiful experience with amazing results, that you have even acknowledged were great and lasted.
