Amazing!
Aida was an amazing hair and makeup artist! Since my wedding was earlier in the day I needed a makeup artist who could start early. Aida had no issues coming at 6:30am to do hair and makeup for me and my maid of honor. She finished with time to spare and my makeup lasted the entire day! She was also so kind - my mom was having trouble with her hair and she stepped into help. I don’t usually wear makeup so I wasn’t sure what style to go for. During the trial, she helped me find a look that I liked. Because of the timing of my wedding, I had straightened my hair the day before and had her style it. It was extremely windy when I took my first look photos, but overall I think the look held up well. I would definitely recommend Aida!

Bride
Aida made getting ready for our wedding day so smooth! The hair and makeup looked stunning and held up beautifully throughout the DC heat and entire night of dancing. What really impressed me was the bridal touch up bag she provided, those little extras made a real difference when I needed a quick refresh. I’d absolutely recommend her to any couple looking for talented beauty professionals!!

Cannot stop gushing!!
I cannot say enough amazing things about our hair and makeup team from our wedding! I did a trial with Aida a few months beforehand and what she did on my wedding day was event BETTER than the trial! Everyone looked amazing, and she and her team were so helpful and adaptable to what everyone needed. They made us all feel and look beautiful. They used high quality products, they gave us all beautiful false lashes, and they gave us all little Touch up kits. When we did the trial Aida gave me excellent advice for how to take care of my skin. My dry skin is very tricky so when I still had issues by wedding day she whipped out all her amazing products and worked her magic to help make a better canvas for the makeup. She also worked MAGIC on short hair. We were all in awe of what she could do with our two party members who didn’t have much hair to work with. And they worked their magic on multiple skin tones from pale to Latina to black. Everything lasted all night through humidity and a breeze. zero complaints! Cannot recommend Senema beauty enough!

Hair & Makeup that lasted all night!
I hired Aida to do bridal hair and makeup for myself, including a trial, as well as hair for 5 bridesmaids. Throughout the entire process, she was absolutely wonderful to work with, with a calm and professional demeanor and serious talent! As a more mature bride, my hair has always been very fine and rarely holds a curl, and at this point in my life, it is also thinning. Aida recommended clip-in hair extensions, and she matched my color perfectly. I loved the extra volume they gave my hair. She was even super understanding and accommodating when I asked to change my hairstyle from what I had requested at my trial to something different on my wedding day (I decided on a half-up-half-down style, rather than all the way down due to the heat that day). She did an amazing job on both my hair and makeup, and on all of my bridesmaids' hair as well. And it all lasted through heat and humidity, and hours on the dance floor, and still looked great at midnight! I highly recommend Aida for your hair and makeup needs - she's a 10/10!

Semena was great!
Semena made the long trek out to us bright and early. She was quick, professional and thorough. She did my bridesmaids and my mom’s makeup and we all looked great! She took my feedback from the consult to heart and I was very happy with my look. Know that you are in good hands if you work with her!
