Welcome to Bella Terra! The climate-controlled ballroom is a unique combination of rustic and glam decor. The front and back glass doors allow guests to enjoy the outdoor views year-round. One of the unique features of Bella Terra, is the two fully furnished apartments available for overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests. Professional landscaping and mother nature, make Bella Terra beautiful no matter the season or weather.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

The Union Exchange is a gorgeous wedding venue and farm located in Monroe, NC. This stunning 100-year-old property expands over 54 acres of NC farm land encompassing an indigenous pine tree forest and 3.5 acres of scenic ponds. Featuring an abundance of restored historic structures and with a capacity of 150 guests, you are sure to find the perfect locale to say "I do." Gather your loved ones for your picturesque ceremony on the sprawling event lawn with luminous fountain views or in the magical pine tree forest. As the party atmosphere fills the air, retreat to one of our reception barns that combine vintage craftsmanship and elegant design! Dance the night away under the twinkling bistro lights while enjoying the beauty of your countryside celebration. As the festivities conclude, cozy up in our onsite sleeping accommodations including two private houses and two glamping cabins. Sugarneck is rumored to have gotten its name by the bootleggers traveling along the Cape Fear River as a code word for the place where they would pick up their moonshine. Sugarneck reaches back long before smartphones and social media, back to a time when the only way to send a message was by writing a letter and sending it in the mail. One of the earliest U.S. Post Offices in North Carolina still stands strong today. It was a community where people gathered, shared news and good times. Built in 1874, the renovated original Cabin structure serves as a unique visual reminder of those simpler times. The Cabin and the Post Office are on the National Register of Historic Places. The vast scenic views of the North Carolina countryside along with the grandness of our 150 year old Oak trees do not go unnoticed, and at night, the stars light up the sky. Today, there is an unexpected immersive experience that brings history, nature and modern elegance together in total privacy.

The front or back lawn of the lodge provide an intimate and regal setting for your event. The Moongate, which symbolizes everlasting love, nestled between The Lodge and The Grange, accomodating 200. Foxtail Lake has a beautiful view of the sunset and also accomodates 200.
