All weddings have an indoor backup in case it rains. You and your loved one will get special rooms to get dressed for your momentous occasion with rooms for your wedding party available as well.

Your time slot is based on an 8-hour increment the day of the wedding and you also receive time the night before for setup & rehearsal.

    Amazing Venue

    We loved our wedding at the Penn House. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff was very helpful with every step of our wedding planning process.

We are a facility owned by the City of Reidsville. Because of this, any and all alcohol must be served by a approved bartender. We currently have three you can pick from to fit your wedding style and all offer packages where you can provide what you would like and they will serve it.
No not at this time. We can supply a list of local hotels upon request.
No, you are free to bring in any vendors you choose or do things yourself with the exception of bartending. For caterers, we do offer a preferred catering list for you to review which is filled with experienced caterers we have worked with before. Now if you choose someone who is not on the list we do ask for a $200.00 catering deposit. This deposit is refundable after your event it is just to ensure whoever you bring in has taken care of all catering responsibilities during their time here.
Your booking includes a set time the night before from 3pm - 7:30pm for set up and rehearsal. Then the day of you receive an 8-hour timeslot of your choosing with a hour afterwards to use for clean up. The latest timeslot we allow is from 2pm - 10pm do to the sound ordinance on our historic neighborhood. You do have the option to purchase additional hours.
