About this venue

Under the Oaks Farm is a privately-owned and managed 100-acre event & wedding estate situated in the beautiful VA countryside, offering a personal, intimate and memorable experience and a unique and spectacular wedding locale in a beautiful farm/barn setting. The simple elegance, personalized attention and southern hospitality that we offer is much different from that you expect from larger venues. The home dates back to the turn-of-the-century, with renovations made in 2018, preserving the original architecture and existing furnishings. The estate is authentic, historic, and eager to be the hosting venue for your most important day! We have a history of hosting a variety of special events and weddings, and can assist with planning your big day! We offer a variety of wedding day packages and onsite lodging for up to 12 guests. We can assist with your stay, making it the most comfortable and enjoyable experience, whether it’s stoking of the fire or preparing sweet tea for guests!

We require all events to adhere to all state regulations. An ABC License is required for events and s issued to individuals (representing themselves or a group/company) for private events where alcohol is provided at no charge to guests.
