It wasn't until I started a job in catering management that I realized I had a passion for weddings. I continued doing catering management for 2 years, and then I started assisting all of my favorite wedding planners for 2 years. Most recently I landed a job in Venue Management and that is when I knew I wanted my own wedding planning business. I first picked up a camera in high school and was instantly obsessed with the process and possibilities of capturing images. I went on to study at The San Francisco Art Institute and transferred to The Art Center, College of Design in Pasadena, earning a BFA in Photography. I began my career as a photographer in a Los Angeles product photo studio. While working there, I found I had a talent for photo retouching. I worked as a professional retoucher for many years and know what many celebrities really look like hah! I made my way back to freelance photography after having my daughter in 2013.

The Fableist Wine Co. is a 120-acre vineyard estate in Templeton, California, in the rolling hills of the Paso Robles appellation. We take our name from Aesop, and every bottle we make is built around one of his fables. You take the whole estate for the day. Vows are exchanged beneath a sprawling heritage oak, with miles of vines and open hills behind you. Sandy pathways wind past mature trees toward our modern farmhouse, where the wedding party gets ready and up to eight guests can stay the night. Vintage details turn up across the property, including an antique train among the vines. With room for 200, we offer distinct settings for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, so the celebration moves through the landscape rather than staying in one place.
