I’m Monique, the owner of Board in SLO, a Central Coast based charcuterie and grazing company! I create beautifully curated boards, grazing tables, and my signature mobile charcuterie cart (Brieyoncé) for weddings, welcome parties, and special events. I’m all about bringing people together over GREAT cheese, good vibes, and beautiful food. Every board and grazing table is made with premium cheeses, meats, edible flowers, and seasonal ingredients that look as good as they taste. Whether you’re planning a cozy gathering or a big celebration, I love helping couples make their day feel extra special (and delicious).

I take pride in using premium cheeses that go beyond the usual grocery store selections. My boards and grazing tables feature artisan varieties sourced from trusted distributors and creameries, so every bite feels intentional, indulgent, and unforgettable. I’m all about quality over quantity, thoughtful design, and making sure your guests experience something they’ve never had before (and can’t stop talking about).

    Love board in SLO!

    Best Charcuterrie! Highly recommend Board in Slo!

    Board in slo makes the most amazing charcuterie boards that are gorgeously put together and so delicious- the honey, cheese, salami, grapes, crackers all go together so well- and she also does these super elegant grazing tables with crudités too! Monique the owner is so kind and a really great person in our community so I can’t recommend her business enough. I love how her pricing includes a board for the bridal party to enjoy while getting ready too! 10/10

Board in SLO is booking several months out, especially for weddings and peak event seasons in San Luis Obispo County. For the best availability, I recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. That said, if your date is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out, I occasionally have openings and love accommodating last-minute celebrations when possible.
There’s no overall wedding minimum, Board in SLO happily services weddings of all sizes. For grazing tables, there is a 25-guest minimum, as anything smaller is better suited as a beautifully curated board rather than a full grazing table display. If charcuterie will be the main meal, smaller guest counts may still be a great fit for a grazing table.
Board in SLO services all of San Luis Obispo County and Northern Santa Barbara County. Travel fees may apply for events outside of the City of SLO.
Yes! dietary preferences and restrictions can often be accommodated with advance notice, including vegetarian options and adjustments for common allergens. While we take care to avoid direct contact when requested, our preparation facilities are not gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, or soy-free, and cross-contamination is possible. We’re always happy to discuss your needs ahead of time and do our best to create a spread that works for your guests.
