“We knew that we wanted to have Jesse, and FCV very early on, so we booked them right after booking our venue two years before the wedding. We initially had them only booked for photography and videography, then after some thought realized we would need more help, and added coordination in too. They were so helpful when we decided to have an intimate ceremony and used our “engagement” shoot for our wedding, then added in a second shoot for announcements, and adding in bridals as well. Jesse and her team were so incredibly professional and made wedding planning seamless! The big day was flawless and it was like working with a friend, they made sure the whole day ran smoothly and I can’t recommend their services enough.”

“Sarah and Alden were absolutely amazing throughout our wedding planning process. From the moment we met from our first meeting we knew they would help guide us in the right direction. Please read this review if you’re in the fence with hiring a wedding coordinator/travel agent, it was the best decision we made. First helping narrowing which resort was best for us (showing PowerPoints of different resort options) always keeping our top priorities in mind. We talked over our aesthetics, location, peak season, cost to us, cost to our guest! All of our wants and needs were carefully sorted through the thousands of resorts and also considering which resort had a reliable wedding department! we tried this on our own but once we met Sarah and Alden we knew they knew so much about the industry and we didn’t and after the first meeting hired them. From that point forward we would meet for zoom meetings to help us decided what was a priority that month and target deadlines for forms, vendors, and information. Then once we chose our resort they helped coordinate directly with the wedding department (I never once emailed the wedding department) Sarah helped take care of all of that! Then helping direct us with venders that they vet in advance to help us have the best people on our team. They saved us so much money with the fine print and details of room block contracts that I would have been clueless on without them. On top of all the wedding assistance they also navigated booking all our guest, keeping track of head count, cancels, my families twenty questions, and transport! This was a life saver having them to direct my family to! When we finally had the meeting 3 weeks out from the wedding with the wedding department even the resort coordinator was impressed at how organized we were and everything was fully ready to go. Sarah was a huge help with making sure I stayed on track each month! Then the wedding week/day came and it all went off with a bang! Everyone was on time, all details were perfect and there was hardly any flaws. On top of wedding planning they also helped book our boat day excursion! They even helped us cancel one that didn’t have everything we wanted and found us a better company and price. This ended up being the best day of the trip and so glad we did it! Lastly, they also helped coordinate booking our honeymoon, transport, and excursions! This was so nice to just be hands off for once and have someone help us with all the planning! Once we got there we had a sweet note from them with flowers across our entire bed! So sweet. Hands down I would book them a thousand times over again!! They are an amazing couple and truly cares about your wedding day and makes you feel heard and seen the whole way.”

“From the first time I spoke to Codi, I knew we were in amazing hands with her as our wedding planner! She made our entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable - seriously I would have been lost without her! The planning process was so seamless and Codi thought of everything that I never would have even began to think about to make our day go so smoothly. Our wedding day was unseasonably hot at 105 degrees, but Codi and her team didn’t miss a beat! I thought I would be stressed about not being able to see our ceremony or reception space set up ahead of time, but by the day of the wedding I was so calm and had complete trust in Codi & her team to bring the vision to life. My jaw literally dropped when we walked into our reception for the first time - it was better than I could have even imagined. “We absolutely loved working with Liz for our wedding. She was hired to be our day-of-coordinator and was amazing to work with. We had meetings every few weeks about 3-4 months prior to the wedding and she helped us shape our wedding vision, color scheme, and offered a lot of helpful advice and suggestions to make sure we had all facets of the wedding covered. I had a magical forest theme for my wedding and she knew exactly how I can convert our wedding venue to that theme and also offered suggestions on what decor I can buy to bring the vision to life. She is also such a kind and beautiful person that also represented me and my husband's best interests and would express our wishes to our vendors. On the day before and on the day of our wedding, she and her wonderful team of assistants helped us decorate our venue to match our vision. We had quite an extensive decor list and her and her team knocked it out of the park! Not only that, but she worked very well behind the scenes throughout the wedding to make sure everything was taken care of and so we didn't have to worry about anything. The one time when there was an issue, we had a vendor that showed up quite late, Liz quietly pulled us aside and helped us contact the vendor and took care of the details so we didn't have to worry about it anymore. We were new to Arizona, and we had 60 people coming in from out of state and we wanted to throw an unforgettable party. Under Bella's guidance, our wedding was a unique, magical event that looked stunning, and went flawlessly. Every vendor Bella brought in did an incredible job, and Bella herself is an absolute gem. She's creative, extremely professional, and will go above and beyond to help you experience the wedding of your dreams. On the day of our wedding (October 15th), the day started with a suprise monsoon! Ours was an outdoor wedding and I was a wreck. Heavy downpours were soaking the stage, band equipment and tables. Bella was very reassuring as the skies continued to rumble until MOMENTS before the ceremony. Just as I started walking down the aisle, a golden light spilled over the mountain above the property and a circle of blue sky formed above us. A dragonfly appeared behind our minister and started flying in an eternity symbol pattern. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and a beautiful sunset for the rest of the wedding. Bella was my rock that day. She orchestrated the timing of the vendors and aspects of the wedding such that all I had to do was enjoy the day. Everything else happened like 'magic.' But it wasn't magic. It was Bella keeping the pace, directing everyone behind the scenes and giving us a truly beautiful experience. She's so lovely, kind, and she truly cares. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough!
