There’s honestly not enough words to describe so freakin cool he is. His attention to detail is on point, he can hype up even the most boring crowd, and he has the greatest personality. My sister also rented the Photo Booth and I’m SO glad she did. Everyone had a blast with it & DJ Lennox’s assistant was just as cool as he is. She was so much fun, so sweet, and so funny. We had a blast. Someday when I plan a wedding- he’ll be my first phone call.”

“Josh had our whole wedding dancing all night. With really creative mixing, he was able to blend in so many different genres seamlessly. Most importantly, he was really attuned to the crowd's energy and was great about knowing when to play a song in full and when to just tease us with quick samples. If you're looking for someone who really listens to what you want, instead of playing just the same 30 songs you hear at every wedding, Josh is your DJ. The music selection process is easy - in addition to check-in calls and zooms, he uses an app, so you can build you can craft the perfect playlist ahead of time. We both really enjoyed adding songs to our app throughout the planning process. But the best was actually hearing the way he was able to combine so many of our favorite songs for our reception party. He had all our of guests (ages ranging from 10 to over 80 years old) dancing all night long. Our first comment from friends the day after our wedding was about how fun they had on the dance floor and how great the music was! I also think its important to add that Josh handled our wedding ceremony music, cocktail music, dinner music and sparkler exits as well- he provided mics, sounds systems, everything we needed, and all of those were executed perfectly. He was on time for set-up, very respectful of the rules/guidelines in places at our historic venue, and he collaborated really well with our other vendors to make sure everything looked and sounded perfect. Also he is just the nicest guy- really responsive on email and genuine- which was so, so appreciated during tho last few chaotic months of wedding planning. 10/10 - highly recommend.”

Ben absolutely nailed it day of. We’ve heard from multiple guests how they’ve never seen a wedding dance floor full for the whole wedding like at ours and how there was music for everyone. “The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“We had the pleasure of working with DJ Wong from MyDeejay. A quick review of MyDeejay: They were excellent to work with. They paired us with DJ Wong after we filled out a quick survey about the vibe we wanted for our wedding, and it was smooth sailing from there. It's clear from working DJ Wong that MyDeejay vets their DJs very well and ensures they're all professional and great to work with. Now for DJ Wong: He's got all of the main things you want in a vendor--professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, etc.), but he goes well above and beyond those standards. He provided ceremony music, background music, reception music, and uplighting, but that's just the starting point of everything he did for us. We were PICKY and we had A LOT of requests, and he accommodated them all flawlessly and eagerly. We requested he alter versions of some of our selected songs to adjust for timing, blending parts of songs together, and very particular transitions between songs. He made everything sound amazing! We had not 1, not 2, but FIVE choreographed dances throughout the evening, and he executed the timing of everything perfectly. The sound was incredible! In addition to that, because we were completely over-the-top for our wedding, DJ Wong so graciously and excitedly fulfilled our request to have KARAOKE at our reception. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! We had a very particular vibe in mind from our wedding--we wanted our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner to be classy and jazzy, and then for the reception dancing we wanted a mix of Pop anthems from the past 3 decades--DJ Wong understood the assignment perfectly! We were also at a very large venue and he had to provide sound across many different areas throughout the evening, but he came fully prepared and did an excellent job. We received so many compliments about the ambience for the entire evening, and we attribute that to him! On top of everything else, DJ Wong is an excellent MC and can read a room flawlessly. He kept the vibes up the entire evening, and struck the perfect balance of engaging with the audience and letting the music do the work. We are so grateful we had him for our special day!”

I realized at the end of the night I never even changed out of my heels into my white sneakers because that would have meant leaving the dance floor. “Ryan is truly the jack of all trades, the absolute kindest human being, and incredibly professional. We are SO glad he was a (major!) part of our wedding day! He was super communicative when we had questions, helped give us some advice, and *!!!even learned a new song just for us!!!* We had just attended a friends wedding and the music was super unrelatable to my fiance (husband now lol) and our friends. We were bummed and worried - hopeful that ours would be fun and get people out there! Ryan was AMAZING. He curated the perfect playlist, set up THREE different locations to play, AND was super cool to honor all our specific wishes. 10 mins to the end I went to him and said eh we are tired such a long day, we can probably wrap up - he assured me he had some incredible songs for the last few, told me to rally- he DID. Ended the night on such a fun, high note. I would recommend Ryan over and over and over and over again. Not only did he totally rock the DJ/musician aspect, but he’s truly a kind person- which just really rounded out the whole experience. 10000/10 experience — thank you Ryan!!!”

Marcos kept the vibe flowing perfectly throughout the night, reading the room and adjusting the energy to match what our guests needed in each moment. His song selections were spot on and got everyone dancing, which honestly made our whole day feel like a celebration rather than just a party. He was incredibly flexible and professional the entire time, from planning through the last song which he had to do impromptu to flex our timing.
