All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. To say working with Stephanie was amazing, would be an understatement. My husband and I got engaged in late December 2024 and we hired Stephanie January 2025 to plan our Lake Tahoe October 2025 wedding. From the moment we first made contact with Stephanie, she was completely committed to helping us create our special day. I had a very specific vision for how I wanted our wedding day to look and Stephanie delivered beyond what I could have imagined. Her attention to detail is uncanny. The minutia was just as important as the grand events of the day. I consider myself to be an organized person, but Stephanie's organization is next level. I was definitely a "type A" or "needy" bride and continually checked in with Stephanie about details/schedules/vendors/etc., and sometimes even jumped the gun on planning details. Not once did Stephanie make me feel bad about my nervous energy or impulsive decisions, but rather reassured me of the planning process and reminded me that whatever I wanted she was going to help me get it; whether it was a specific vendor or design detail. She was always available to answer my emails or texts all while meeting the needs of her other brides, and that is something I greatly appreciated. The weeks leading up to your wedding day become hectic and overwhelming at times, but that's where Stephanie shines. She took care of every detail imaginable-and I mean EVERY DETAIL. She help relieved the pressure off my husband and I, which allowed us to enjoy and revel in the excitement of the coming day. On our wedding day, she worked endlessly to make sure every aspect was perfect and exactly how we wanted it, all while still finding the time to physically check in with both myself and husband while we were getting ready for the day. Even throughout the afternoon and evening, if my husband or I needed something she would magically appear, despite continuing to juggle the events of the evening. Stephanie is the type of planner, and person, who gives 100% of herself to her couples and that is an aspect of a planner that money can't buy. She cares deeply about helping you achieve the wedding day of your dreams, and she certainly did just that, and more for us. Choosing Stephanie to plan our wedding day was the best decision we could have made and I will forever be thankful for her and the day she created for my husband and I. Thanks to Stephanie we truly had the best wedding day, and in turn, have the fondest memories to carry with us.

We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We had the most amazing experience with Bailey as our day of coordinator! Bailey met with us multiple times before the wedding to make sure she knew everything we wanted and knew everyone we were working with. She took all of our decor the day before the wedding, and with little to no direction, she made our vision come to life and had everything set up beautifully! During rehearsal, she made sure our wedding party knew exactly what to do, where to stand, and even let us practice our recessional multiple times to make sure we had it right. On the actual wedding day, she was even more amazing! If something went wrong, we had no idea because Bailey handled it with such grace. At one point I realized I forgot my veil at the hotel 30 minutes away, she was quick to react and called the hotel to make sure they could open the room for a guest who was still there. It was literally the wedding of our dreams and we couldn’t be more thankful for all she did to make it everything we wanted and more. I cannot recommend Bailey enough for any special event you have!

Jenell was so responsive and offered to keep in touch very frequently leading up to the wedding. She took on familiarizing herself with a venue she had not been to or coordinated before our big day. Our venue was unique in that we had to ride the tram at Paisades Tahoe to access the reception Terrace Room. This meant all of our decor, Flower Moxie florals, vendors, and guests had to get up the mountain at particular times. She managed it all fabulously. We can’t say enough great things about Jenell’s work and how she helped us pull off a lot of the DIY final touches. Our Tahoe wedding weekend was perfect.
