My husband and I initially reached out to her because she had photographed weddings at our original venue, and we were completely sold after looking through her portfolio. Her moody, emotional, and intimate photos were exactly what we envisioned. We are not “cookie-cutter” wedding photo people, and with every set of photos we reviewed, we found ourselves literally gasping. Our gut feeling was only reinforced once we started talking to her and getting to know her. Neither my husband nor I had ever had professional photos taken, but our engagement shoot was so much fun. It felt like hanging out with a long-time friend, coupled with Delycia’s incredible ability to give just enough direction to create stunning photos while still capturing “us.” We couldn’t stop gushing about her afterward. “Amber is AMAZING! Like truly hands down an outstanding photographer. I have never done a photoshoot and was largely inexperienced when it comes to pose ideas, preparation and knowing what to expect. Amber photographed my wedding and maternity shoot and came prepared with props, poses, creativity, and ideas. She asked in advance if I had any poses I specifically wanted and then delivered all I wanted AND MORE. She’s incredibly professional and she prepared in advance so it was easy for her to maneuver us from pose to pose quickly and efficiently. Her creativity with a camera helped her to see additional poses on the fly that I hadn’t even considered, and the pictures came out wonderfully. I cannot recommend her enough, 11/10 experience.
