Hiring Amber Jane Weddings was the BEST decision we made for our wedding weekend. From the beginning, Amber was kind, clear, and warm, helping us feel at ease leading up to the wedding. Amber hit the ground running when we brought her on board, she learned every detail about our wedding and flagged additional things we may want to think through based on her experience. She took off a huge burden by helping coordinate vendors leading up to the weekend, and when the weekend arrived she executed both our rehearsal dinner & wedding day seamlessly. We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

Natalie and Hector were truly a dream come true! Natalie helped the day run so smoothly and everything was so perfect and well organized. She was very communicative and on point leading up to the day. She set up and organized everything exactly as I requested. Natalie and Hector were so sweet and accommodating. The content creation package was great and exactly what my husband and I wanted. Since we didn't want a videographer, the content creation was perfect for us- To capture the day and have small clips for memories without the expensive cost. The photo booth was so cute and our guests loved it. Very nice camera with video, boomerang, and photo options for the guests to select with a nice backdrop setup. I booked her for month-of coordination (starting two months before our wedding), and from the moment I signed, she was available for anything I needed. Her prices are so reasonable, and honestly, it’s worth it a million times over. Steph will truly do anything and everything to make your day perfect. She helped with our rehearsal, bustled my dress, moved florals and décor between spaces, refilled the bubble guns, took the audio guestbook around to guests, touched up my makeup, made sure we had food and drinks, packed everything up at the end of the night — and so, so, so much more. And that’s only a fraction of what I even know about! There’s just no way a wedding could run as smoothly as mine did without a hundred little things happening seamlessly behind the scenes. Jenn’s team at Janova Events is unparalleled. Hiring them to help plan and coordinate our wedding was easily the best decision we made during the entire process. Her advice and guidance was invaluable, but where they really shine is the wedding day itself. We did not have to lift a finger. From setting up/take down, to communicating with the numerous vendors, to ensuring everything went smoothly…the list goes on. All my husband and I had to do was be totally present with our guests and enjoy our day! Some very special touches were when I saw her coming towards me during photos with an entire platter of food…I’ve never been so happy to see a crab cake in my life! And my champagne never was empty. Jenn even gave me the clip out of her hair when I was dancing so I didn’t have to miss a second of the party! Jenn also called our hotel to ensure we made it back safely after the “after-party”, HOURS after we left the venue. Those details are what sets them apart from other planners I’ve seen friends hire- Jenn knew what I needed/wanted before it ever crossed my mind, and ensured it happened with the utmost excellence.
