We are a full-service wedding and event planning firm based in Southwest Florida. Loving being a Naples and Captiva Florida destination wedding planner, but love to travel throughout the states and internationally for our clients. Notoriety is not for me but I am fortunate to be published & recognized locally, nationally and globally. In 2020 I was named by Martha Stewart Weddings as a 2020 Best in Class, Top Wedding Planner.

As a 18 year veteran of the wedding and social event industry I have a pretty good idea of how incredible a wedding, celebration or party can and should be. You deserve a wedding created from scratch. No cookie cutter here. For you I believe that every moment counts and that every decision plays a part in what will make your events magnificent.     Do not Hire

    Do not hire Kelly McWilliams. She is unprofessional, routinely passes responsibilities to staff who don’t follow through, and charges premium prices for poor service. You’ll wait months for her so-called “design vision”—if you get one at all. Need a wedding cake? Expect to order it yourself a month before the wedding. Hoping for a seamless, stress-free day? Don’t count on it. She pulled key wedding party members aside on the day of the wedding to ask basic, irrelevant questions, and her day-of staff was equally ineffective. Even the reception introductions were wrong. Nothing about the wedding improved because of her involvement; it likely would have been better without her. Save your time, money, and stress and choose someone else.
