I am a wedding officiant and a day of coordinator. I started out 10 years ago as a wedding officiant using my skills as a project and event manager. I added coordination as a service after seeing brides and their family/friends running around not enjoying their day but managing it. Having worked with weddings big and small, my team and I are there to make sure all the details are taken care of. I help you with some of the last minute planning as well as make sure your vendors are all on the same page.

Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. The day of we are on 200% for you from set up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track and where they need to go. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. Alex is a unique blend of salesman, artist, and coordinator - he goes full force for every project. Matt and Alex were married in fall of 2023 and come home every night to two wild Appalachian cats.
