Over the past 10+ years Gabrielle has been fully immersed in the wedding industry - whether it has been working alongside wedding planners, assisting photographers, performing as DJ and emcee, creating floral art and supporting florists, etc, Gabrielle has been an integral part of event coordinating and weddings. After a successful career in independent work for these companies she now is using her vast experience to manage weddings and events with her own company.

Day of coordination is more than showing up and running the show. It takes months leading up to the event full of guided strategic planning to avoid day-of disasters and the knowledge to fix things on the fly at the event.

    Simply One of the Best!

    Gabrielle is one of the best when it comes to wedding planning and coordination! She is friendly, focused, organized, efficient and a wonderful problem solver - exactly what you need when planning your event or wedding. As professional wedding photographers, Kevin and I work hand-in-hand with a lot of wedding coordinators, and we are repeatedly reminded why Gabrielle is one of our favorites. She adds so much structure, efficiency and quality to the events and weddings she is a part of, and she makes our jobs so much easier because she knows how to keep things running smoothly. I am not going to take up time out of your schedule. You will receive monthly checklists that ensure you have everything you need, from vendors to rentals. In the month leading up to your wedding, we will be in contact on a weekly basis crossing "T's" and dotting "i's" together. This will allow you to give us your vision for the wedding day for my team to execute, and for you to sit back and relax!
