Our wedding day was truly magical, and we owe so much of that to our incredible wedding planner Gillian. From start to finish, she handled every detail with care, creativity, and total calm, making the entire process completely stress-free. With over a decade of event planning experience, I said ‘I Do’ to the wedding world five years ago, and three years ago, I founded Grand and Wells Events.

Currently, we only take on one wedding per day.

Yes. All of our packages are designed as a starting point. We believe every wedding is unique, so we tailor every wedding package to match your specific vision, priorities, and level of support needed.

We recommend securing your date as soon as possible. No matter which package you select, Grand and Wells provides planning meetings from the moment you book through your wedding day. This allows us to provide the highest level of service while giving us the time to bring your vision to life with intention and care. That said, it’s never too late to book a day-of coordinator—we’re here to support you at any stage of the planning journey.

You can expect regular planning meetings and ongoing communication throughout the process, no matter which package you choose. Full planning packages include more frequent touchpoints and meetings, while day-of coordination offers the same level of communication with fewer scheduled planning sessions.
