    Erica is the Best Hire I Made for My Wedding Day

    Erica with The Plan x Em is beyond fabulous to work with. From the day we hired her she removed so much stress from the wedding planning process. Her expertise and high standards brought up details that I never would have thought of on my own and made sure everything was taken care of. She was highly efficient and organized in her communication and every time I would text or email no matter if it was a Sunday night or during the weekday, she would respond timely. Leading up to the wedding we had regular calls where we would go over details and discuss anything that was a concern or a question. She would send detailed follow-up emails summarizing our meetings, providing action item lists with color coded priorities, and take care of any to-dos on her end immediately. From the minute I met her I knew I could trust her to make excellent decisions on my behalf. That is a priceless service that made the difference in my wedding planning process and day. She went above and beyond, requesting a room for the wedding party to store stuff during the day (something I hadn't thought to ask), she also reformatted wedding welcome signs and seating charts that I made, making them look professional and being willing to print them out and pick them up for me. I was blown away by the level of service and the commitment she had. She makes you feel like you are her number one priority throughout the whole process. Being on the other side of the wedding day now, I can confidently say that the best investment we made was Erica. To have trust in someone to act in your best interest is the most valuable hire. She took care of everything on the day of, and I never knew of any issues and was able to enjoy the day. Set-up, Clean-up, and everything in between was covered. Erica is a dedicated hard worker and will do an amazing job. I cannot recommend her enough!
