Wave & Veil specializes in wedding design, styling, and day-of coordination for couples who want a beautiful and stress-free wedding day. We help bring your vision to life by styling ceremony and reception spaces, coordinating vendors, and managing the behind-the-scenes details. From setup to end-of-night breakdown, our goal is to create a seamless experience so you and your loved ones can relax and truly enjoy the celebration.

Wave & Veil was created for couples who have already put thought and care into planning their wedding but don’t want to spend the day managing it. Many of our couples have a clear vision and have planned many of the details themselves. What they need is a trusted team to step in, bring everything together, and make sure their plans are executed beautifully. From setting up ceremony and reception spaces to coordinating vendors and handling breakdown at the end of the night, we take care of the behind-the-scenes details. This allows you and your loved ones to feel relaxed, present, and able to fully enjoy every moment of the celebration.

    I can’t recommend Wave & Veil enough. Lindsey helped with the design setup for our daughter’s wedding and it truly allowed our family to relax and enjoy the day instead of worrying about decorating. The ceremony space and reception tables were styled beautifully and everything looked just as we envisioned. She also coordinated with vendors during setup which took a lot of pressure off of us. One of the biggest blessings was knowing everything would also be packed up at the end of the night. Lindsey was calm, organized, and genuinely cared about making the day special. We’re so grateful we had her there.

    Working with Wave & Veil was such a great experience. Lindsey helped bring all of our décor ideas together and made sure everything was set up perfectly before guests arrived. The greenery backdrop and draping she installed turned out even better than I imagined. She was also great about communicating leading up to the wedding which made the planning process feel much easier. On the wedding day she handled all the setup and stayed organized with vendors during arrival times. At the end of the night everything was packed up so our families didn’t have to worry about it. It made the entire day feel smooth and stress-free.
