She worked with us on creative design, printing, decor, etc. She made everything so easy and absolutely stress-free! At the end of the night, we literally picked up our belongings where she had them neatly organized and loaded them into the car. We had so many of our guests comment on how well organized the entire event was! And all we had to do was enjoy the day!! “Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!”

“We shopped around a bit for a planner before landing on McKayla and her team over at Shaded Spruce Events. Even though we only booked the partial planning package, it felt as if we had a full planner on our side. McKayla made an effort to meet us on our level and elevate ALL of our ideas into a reality. McKayla took most of the logistical planning out of our hands, which allowed us to focus on the fun things. She also helped us settle on and refine the design of the event, and she gave really great ideas that we probably wouldn't have though of on our own. Her recommendations for vendors was also super helpful, and we were very pleased with the ones that we booked. She quickly figured out what we were looking for and how we operated and catered the planning to fit what we needed. With our package, we were also able to utilize a lot of additional decor and services that Shaded Spruce provides, which really added to the overall design of the event. On the big day, we didn't see much of McKayla and her team beyond what was needed, but we knew they were working hard to make the day perfect because the day went perfectly from our perspective! Not only did the event look perfect, we were also extremely satisfied with McKayla and her team's communication. We were always in the loop about what we needed to do and where we needed to be without it feeling overwhelming. At the end of the night, she handled the organization of the tear down, which allowed for the two of us to head out without having to worry about it. Overall, working with McKayla and her team was a true pleasure. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is even thinking of getting a planner. “We booked Bailee almost a year before our wedding and I’m really glad we did. Our experience with her was positive from start to finish. Over the year we had a lot of planning sessions where we went through everything that needed to happen and when it was due, so nothing would sneak up on us at the end. We had to reschedule a few times (on both sides, life happens) and she was always easy to work with about it. She also stayed patient and upbeat when we went back and forth on decisions, which happened more than I’d like to admit. On the wedding day she was everywhere at once. She and her team handled whatever came up, kept things on schedule, and stayed with us all the way through cleanup at the end of the night. We got to actually enjoy our day instead of worrying about the details, and that was exactly what we were hoping for. If you’re looking for a wedding planner in the WI/IL area, I’d recommend Bailee without hesitation. She’s detail oriented, positive, and clearly cares about making the day go well.
