We are so grateful to Katherine Tafs (Kate) from Pure Events for everything she did to make our wedding day so special! I had a very specific vision for the day, and Kate took all of my plans and somehow brought everything to life exactly the way I had hoped. She had a lot to manage between setting up our appetizer hour on the patio, moving everything over for the ceremony at the gazebo, and then getting the reception ready in the tent. Our tent was a little smaller than we had hoped, but instead of telling us we needed to spend more on another canopy, Kate really took the time to figure out how to make the space work. When she realized she could use some extra help, she even had her husband come help her. That really meant a lot to us! Kate was so kind, calm, and pleasant throughout the entire day. She kept us and the program on schedule, handled all the little things that we never even had to think about, and was always willing to jump in wherever she was needed. Even our guests noticed how efficient she was! The décor from Pure Events was also exactly what we needed to bring our vision together. Mary Carlson, Owner + Lead Designer & Planner, was wonderful to work with during the initial planning and was so pleasant throughout the process. Most importantly, Kate gave us the ability to actually relax and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what needed to happen next. She truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't be more thankful for everything she did for us. We would absolutely recommend Kate and the Pure Events team to anyone planning their wedding! ❤️

Hello! I want to give my gratitude and thankfulness to Mary and her crew! I remember our first phone call. My momma and I called her on a Friday at 4:57 pm. I told my mother this is a bad idea LOL but Mary answered! Since then, she has not only been a fantastic wedding planner, but also a great friend and someone I could call and just vent to..wedding related or not. Less than a month before mine and Tyler’s wedding, my grandma passed on. This was such a difficult time as I was getting ready to start work again after my surgery, yet Mary checked in with me throughout those tough weeks. The week of the wedding, she was by my side planning and providing support.we had many customizations to the wedding and Mary was more than willing to help with these tasks! She is kind, so outgoing and dedicated to making other peoples weddings perfect. I have no words to explain how amazing this woman and her business are. Thanks Mary.
