“We booked Collins Entertainment for our October wedding at the Interlaken Inn in Lakeville, CT. We had an unbelievably amazing experience with this company from the top to the bottom. Our DJ, Jared, was exceptional with music selection, a master emcee, was accommodating and seemed to be everywhere at once. My guests left saying he was the best DJ they've ever seen at a wedding for how many hits he put out. He was able to read the crowd really well, and knew how to get everyone on the dance floor. Jared had battery-powered setups for both the ceremony and reception, so we didn't have to worry about outlets in a remote area outdoors, which was very nice. Our planning sessions with Jim, Mitch, and Jared were comprehensive and they gave us all the tools we needed to succeed. The package price was very reasonable too, and was a leading factor for why we chose them as well. We used their mirror photo booth as well, which was very fun. The mirror booth even came with a long red carpet! The operator, Randall, was very accommodating and helpful with guests, making it fun and easy for everyone. We highly recommend Collins Entertainment!”

We had three different songs for our ceremony so I was a little stressed the timing could be off but it was absolutely flawless. He was communicating with us during the entire planning process and he made the entire wedding planning experience easier and more pleasant. “Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. “We hired Intrinsic Groove to perform at our wedding in April 2026 and it was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. We watched a lot of videos and felt confident they were going to be great, but they far exceeded our expectations. They were high energy, crowd engaging, phenomenal performers who met the vibe every single time. Vocals were KILLER. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and I credit a lot of that to the energy the band brought. On top of a killer reception, they also did incredible ceremony and cocktail hour music that made everything flow harmoniously. You just can’t beat a killer band for your wedding, worth every penny!
