I’m Ned— a soulful creative, hopeless romantic & southern Maine based photographer I believe photography is more than just preserving a moment — it's about honoring the depth, emotion, and story that lives within it. I photograph weddings of all kinds—from elegant coastal celebrations to quiet, intimate elopements—with an eye for emotion, beauty, and honest storytelling. My approach is calm, documentary, and grounded in years of experience capturing the real moments that matter. Whether you’re planning a refined gathering or a deeply personal ceremony, I’m here to create images that feel true, timeless, and full of heart.

Ned and Julia are incredibly talented photographers and an absolute pleasure to work with. I had the chance to work alongside them at a Fourth of July event, and I was immediately impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and seamless coordination. They have a natural ability to be present for the important moments while allowing the celebration to feel relaxed, authentic, and uninterrupted. The photos they shared with me were beautiful and captured the energy of the day so well. For couples looking for a photography team that is organized, kind, talented, and deeply attentive to the moments that cannot be recreated, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ned and Julia Warner.

What initially drew us to his wedding package was the comprehensive nature of his offerings, all for one package price. This included everything from a drone (though we couldn’t use it due to rain… bummer), GoPro video from the day from various angles, fun lighting for the reception, and projection and recording of our vows, among other things. We loved that he offered some complimentary video services especially since we did not have a videographer. From our initial meeting, Michael made us feel comfortable and made the planning process super easy. The app that he uses to capture all of the information and song selections was easy and intuitive to use, allowing us to add details and songs throughout the the planning process. Michael was super flexible with the ceremony arrangements, accommodating our decision to hold the ceremony outside even though it was drizzling. He kept everyone MOVIN’ & GROOVIN’ on the dance floor, and many guests commented that it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to. He even let me (the bride) mix a song as the DJ, and even though I had no idea what I was doing, it made for some fun and memorable photos. We opted to rent his photo booth (which was an additional fee outside of his package… but SO worth it!), and it was a huge hit with our guests. The props he brought were unique and fun, and there was a line at the photo booth for most of the evening because everyone wanted in on the action. Michael really knocked it out of the park for us, and we were thrilled with how everything turned out. We highly recommend him for DJ services!

I’m here to make your big day something to remember for a lifetime. Whether you are having a large scale black tux event or a small intimate garden wedding, I am here to bring your vision to life. I have been a professional wedding photographer for over 6 years now and truly enjoy what I do. Alex was incredible to work with right from the start. He made us feel comfortable and excited about our elopement day. The photos he took are beautiful, dreamy and so creative — perfectly captures not just how everything looked, but exactly how it felt. We encountered a few curveballs on our day, and he took it all in stride with us, and patiently kept everything flowing. It is such a gift to be able to have our incredible photos to look back on and relive the joy of the day. We can’t recommend him enough. Wedding planning is stressful. If Sarah fits in your budget, hire her!!! As I reflect on our wedding day, I'm just blown away at how perfectly smooth everything went - in large part due to Sarah. We hired Sarah for partial planning services. Her knowledge of the wedding industry and the strong relationships she has with vendors made the entire planning process so much easier. She had great recommendations and was able to answer our questions to put our minds at ease. She has an amazing eye for design; she took what we had in our heads and made it a reality. On the wedding day, she handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes along with her assistant, Gigi. She brought a sense of calm and confidence throughout the planning process and into the day itself. On top of that, she also sent us a collection of pictures and video clips she had captured the very next morning, which was such a special surprise and fun way to relive the day!

The Flower Dude

  • Florist
  • Starts at $1,000
  • Serves South Windham, ME
  • Offer

I'm Don Clark. I run The Flower Dude, a studio wedding florist in Portland, Maine. Studio means no retail shop, and that's the point. Instead of a cooler full of roses that flew up from Miami last week, I work from three gardens in Cape Elizabeth and Kennebunk — so from June through late September, your flowers are cut the morning you get married. I arrange everything myself, then deliver and set it up: bouquets, boutonnieres, arches, reception tables, all of it. Personal and personalized.

From our first conversation, we knew The Flower Dude was the right choice for our wedding. Donald was responsive to our ideas and genuinely invested in understanding what we wanted—he didn't just listen, he collaborated with us every step of the way. Flowers were a top priority for us, and he created the floral arrangement of our dreams with stunning displays throughout the ceremony, reception tables, and every corner in between. His attention to detail and high-quality work exceeded all of our expectations. Donald captured our vision perfectly and delivered above and beyond what we envisioned for our special day. We can't thank him enough for making our flowers so beautiful.

I knew we needed to book Kaitlin from the second I found her Zola profile, but it was completely solidified by our meet and greet meeting. Kaitlin is exactly as described. So personal, completely herself, open and transparent, I could go on and on. One of the biggest things that sold us with Kaitlin (besides her work) was the fact that she gave us advice on what to look for/questions to ask with other photography vendors while we were on our hunt. We had our engagement photos in October in Boothbay Harbor and we are actually located in Western Mass. I had ideas in my head about what would work and Kaitlin made the drive to check out the locations and ensure they actually would. One of my locations wasn't the best lighting wise and she gave multiple other options to get similar looks. We actually ended up doing some downtown photos which are some of my favorites (which is a little a lie because I am obsessed with all of them). I read in multiple of Kaitlin's reviews that she makes awkward people comfortable behind the camera and I am here to say it is true. I was so stressed going into things, worried my hair looked bad, we wouldn't get *the* shot, we would look weird, etc. Kaitlin immediately asked me what my worries were and I felt so at ease. Working with Kaitlin felt like working with with a lifelong friend who really has it all together and is such a professional. I truly know that our wedding day is going to be that much better knowing she is going to be there documenting it all.

Natural, documentary, photojournalistic. Real, raw, candid. We’re not going for any stiff prom poses here. I like to capture the day as it is and to document it as it unfolds. I never want to force anything, but I step in and direct where needed. Being in front of the camera isn’t my favorite thing either. I will be here to guide you and prompt you the whole way, I promise.

Jenna was an absolute dream to work with. From the moment I saw her portfolio I knew I wanted her to document our wedding. I could tell that Jenna knew exactly what to capture in a wedding - the feelings and beauty of the couple’s family, friends and their love. Then after meeting her she instantly felt like a friend - which I didn’t realize how important that would be later on. During the wedding day I think we spent the most time with Jenna, and it was so comforting to have a friend with us the whole time! I trusted her to capture the important moments, and even to give me advice and touch ups, and boy did she deliver! I feel like she read my mind about every little detail. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about Jenna as a person/vendor/photographer. I can’t stop looking at our photos even 6 months later! She just captured our joy and love and turned them into beautiful works of art. We get compliments on our photos by everyone we show them to! Jenna was the best decision we made for the wedding hands down!

Portland, Maine based Champagne Casanova got into the music business for all of the right reasons: they love to put on a show, connect with their audience and have a great time! With their decades of combined performing and gigging experience, your event is in the right hands. Specializing in Modern Pop, '90's Alternative, Indie-Rock, Pop-Punk and Country, the band covers a wide selection of just the that songs you and your guests want to hear. When it comes to live music, live sound and a reception that will be a party to remember, they are the only call you're going to have to make.

Hiring CC was one of the best wedding decisions we made! From the beginning, Dan was super responsive and clear about the band’s style, availability and price. After booking, Dan was great about answering questions and keeping in touch about song requests, timeline and other important wedding items. If you’re looking for a band that you would want to dance and sing along with at a fun bar or party, on top of being extremely talented musicians, these are your people. They also understand weddings and are willing to take on fun challenges. They took the time to successfully pull off many requests such as: - My requests and timing for the ceremony music which included acoustic renditions of Harvest Moon, With a Little Help from my Friends and Here, There, and Everywhere. They also take care of the sound systems and mic set up for the ceremony. - An amazing live rendition of Touch Me by The Doors for our reception entrance - Another amazing live rendition of Come Sail Away by Styx for our first dance which transitioned into open dance floor for all guests - Helping me pull off a surprise outfit change/re entrance into the party which included allowing me to join the band to sing Just A Girl by No Doubt. My guests had nothing but great things to say about CC and applauded their crowd work and musical talent. I also highly recommend paying to add on the sax player. They were AMAZING and added the perfect touch. Overall, Champagne Casanova is completely worth it for your wedding. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

We worked with Tiny Laser for our wedding, choosing the 30-days out coordination option. Julianne helped us cross all the Ts as we approached the day. We had a general sense of how we wanted everything to go, but she asked us all the right questions, offering details we hadn't thought of. The result was a perfectly smooth wedding. If there were hiccups, we didn't know about them! Julianne and Jose went above and beyond from the rehearsal dinner on, helping to set up our linens, and figuring out how we'd get down the aisle. At the wedding, Julianne checked in on us throughout, making sure we ate, and got sweaters when it got cooler. She was considerate, polite, and calm. We so appreciate all the work Tiny Laser put in to make our day!

Miss Hamill's Hospitality

Here at Miss Hamill’s we collaborate with you to create a totally unique and personal menu for your wedding. We love cooking from scratch using seasonal ingredients from our Maine farms, fish markets and local purveyors. Our services include: styled food spreads, raw bar oyster cart, interactive stations, passed-appetizers, family-style, buffet and plated dinners. We partner with you and your planner in the entire process; rentals assistance, detailed logistics, day-of operations, custom-styled food stations and more. Our passion is hospitality and we strive to make every one of your guests feel taken care of throughout the event!

Miss Hamill’s was hands down our favorite vendor to work with for our 200-person wedding in Maine this past August! From start to finish, they were organized, thoughtful, and incredibly caring — you can truly tell that they love what they do. Jay and Danielle took the time to get to know us and our tastes, and their passion for food really showed. We had a pre-call to plan the menu, and they were so flexible and collaborative — offering fantastic suggestions for everything from passed appetizers to entrees. They designed a personalized, family-style dinner that felt so warm and special, and the use of seasonal ingredients elevated every dish. As a couple who loves trying new restaurants and unique flavors, we immediately connected with them over their shared love of food. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the meal was — so many people told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Their attention to detail went above and beyond. They built the most beautiful raw bar cart that added so much to our cocktail hour aesthetic and put together gorgeous table scapes for our charcuterie table. They even scraped all of our dinner plates (we sourced our own china) at the end of the night. They handled every twist and turn of the day with grace and smiles. Miss Hamill’s is everything you could want in a caterer — talented, professional, and genuinely kind people. If you’re lucky enough to book them, do it! You’ll be so glad you did.

Dram & Co was a wonderful addition to MCFA's 20th Birthday Party in January 2026. Angela was wonderfully communicative, proactive, and creative in her ideas. We loved the cranberry-thyme Tom Collins, made as both a cocktail and mocktail option. Angela gave us the shopping list we needed to make the evening a success, well in advance, which removed so much guesswork. She even used our branding and graphics to craft a great bar sign for the evening! Our guests all shared that the evening was a big hit, and Angela was a huge part of that success. Thank you, Angela!

I grew up as a young cousin in a big extended family, and gatherings were always a lively affair. I learned that my favorite part the season was watching my family bond over stories (loudly). Picking up a camera let me bottle those moments for other families, whatever yours looks & sounds like. When I archived my grandfather's photographs (let me know if you want to see a video), and it reinforced how photographs can bring you the emotions the camera captured. So I view weddings as a time to lean in to those emotions; in the days and years ahead, in the good times and the bad, we all deserve touchstones that take us back to our best moments.

Christophe is AMAZING! First off, he did a fantastic job with our engagement pictures last Summer- he got there early to scope out the scenery and lighting and had all of our pictures back in less than a week. He was proactive with communication up until the wedding to confirm times, locations, and photo lists for the weekend. He was prompt, organized and professional the whole time. One of our favorites is the amount of time he took to capture some small details of our big day that we would not have thought of. He really went above and beyond, and most importantly our photos are amazing and all back in less than 2 weeks! All our friends and family was super impressed with his work.

Our first kiss was on the beach, under a star-filled sky, on my favorite island, only home to shells, bioluminescent creatures, and wild horses. Soon after, as two very young humans (21 and 23), we were married. As newlyweds we set off on an adventure, kayaking from Maine to Key West. On that trip, we realized how much we valued spending all our time together and being in charge of our schedule. This business is how we live out that dream.

We could not have imagined better photographers for our wedding day! We met them to get engagement pictures and we had so much fun- we were so worried about being awkward but they made us feel comfortable! And for the wedding day, they got the best shots and were so involved in the wedding without seeming like they were in the way. We got so many compliments on them day of and especially after seeing their work! Highly highly recommend them!!

2 years after our wedding, our friends and family keep saying that our wedding at Camp Skylemar was the best wedding they'd ever been to. Now they're asking for us to host a 5 year anniversary weekend at Camp Skylemar! The Camp Skylemar team went above and beyond around every corner (and in ways I'll never know, because they made it all happen in the background!). We got married in mid-September and had a perfect weather weekend. We started the weekend with dinner around the campfire - it was simply magical. Saturday kicked off with a great game of costume kickball, followed by swimming and playing in the lake. Our wedding was held on the docks. I not only loved working with the amazing Camp Skylemar team, but we also had a great team of vendors - namely Blue Spoon Catering (now E. Wales Hospitality). The teams work really well together and our guests could have been any happier. Part of what I loved about Camp Skylemar is that we were given a relatively blank slate to build our dream wedding weekend. They saw our vision and helped bring it to reality. 20/10 recommend!!

The saying is true here: “you come as strangers and leave as family.” The Greenhouse and The Farm has been run by 3rd generation owners, Joe and Christine since 2008, but Joe and Christine’s involvement in the farm runs far deeper than ownership. In 2009, the couple was married in one of the working greenhouses

We chose The Greenhouse at Highland Farm for our wedding and it was absolutely the right call. From our first conversation, the they were quick to respond and easy to work with. They answered all our questions and made us feel taken care of. Their flower rentals transformed the space into something breathtaking, and the lush greenery created the picturesque backdrop we'd been dreaming of. Even when rain rolled in on our wedding day, the venue still looked stunning, and having multiple greenhouses gave us plenty of options for photos without getting soaked. We're so grateful we found them and can't recommend them enough to other couples.

We met seven years ago in high school and have been together for the last three. At Cold River Photography, we believe that every image has a story to tell. We are a passionate team of photographers who are dedicated to capturing and preserving those unique moments that make life so beautiful. From breathtaking landscapes to intimate portraits, we have an eye for detail and a knack for capturing the essence of our subjects. Our mission is to create timeless and evocative photographs that not only showcase the beauty of the world but also evoke emotions and tell the story of each couples wedding day.

Words won’t be enough to capture how grateful I am for Kate and her beautiful photography! I had a poor experience with the first photographer I booked, so I was very nervous to find a new one! Kate was SO easy to work with and was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process, even when I would send last-minute crazy ideas. On the day of the wedding, Kate’s calm and warm energy quite literally helped me avoid a full blown panic attack (she successfully distracted me with pictures of a baby moose—George!!!). Kate was able to capture the most special moments of our day without anyone feeling like they were under a microscope. I look forward to working with Kate for any photography needs I have in the future!! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!

When my husband and I were looking for venues in our home state of Maine we happened upon the Greenwood Manor Inn during our lengthy search. The photos we saw online were so charming and it looked like a place we could picture ourselves getting married. When we arrived for our tour we met with Jill, who is truly sunshine in human form. She is one of the kindest people, and her personality is absolutely infectious. I won’t lie Jill, you were one of the big reasons we decided to get married at the Inn! On top of her amazing personality, she can truly do it all! She connected us with a florist and a photographer that we used, provided us with a whole list of other vendors, baked all of our cupcakes, and prepared all of the appetizers for cocktail hour! Her cooking and baking are absolutely out of this world by the way, breakfast at the inn was incredible every morning we stayed there! Fast forward to wedding weekend, we were able to book the whole inn for the weekend with all of our wedding party guests. Jill and Joe made sure everything anybody needed was taken care of so quickly. The rooms are absolutely adorable, and the suites for us to get ready in were HUGE and could fit all the bridesmaids for hair/makeup/getting dressed with no issues. There were always fresh cookies in the lobby that were demolished by all of us multiple times, and we would leave for a few minutes and there would magically be more! (Thanks Jill!). The day before our wedding we realized that our tent wouldn’t be big enough to fit our caterers, and Jill’s sister was kind enough to let us borrow some of her tents to cover the caterers so they wouldn’t be in the hot sun. We also forgot an easel for our seating chart, and Jill and Joe magically had one for us to use! Joe handled the bartending for our reception and even picked wild Maine blueberries to use for our blueberry margarita signature drink. Needless to say it was absolutely delicious and wildly popular with our guests! I truly cannot rave enough about the Greenwood manor inn. Our wedding day was better than I could have ever dreamed it would be, and it was in big part to Jill, Joe, and company. Including Cocoa and Spice, the resident furry friends who were the cherry on top. We can’t wait to come back in a few years to visit and remember our big day spent at the Greenwood Manor Inn. Truly cannot recommend it enough!

Savage Wedding Co.

Savage Wedding Co. is for couples who want their wedding to feel like themselves — not a performance, not a production, and not something they have to manage all day. I work with a balance of structure and flexibility: enough direction to keep things moving, and enough space for moments to unfold without forcing them. I don’t chase perfection or try to smooth out every edge. Some moments are quiet. Some are awkward. Some don’t fit neatly into a highlight reel — and that’s usually where the honest stuff lives. I don’t rush past those moments or reshape them to look like something else. I let things be.

If we could give Magnus 1,000 stars, we would! He was an amazing addition to our wedding day as our photographer and DJ! He captured the most special of moments for us to cherish forever, and we’ve received countless compliments on his work and how awesome and personable he was the day of. Magnus had us all tearing up the dance floor with his great DJing. We had a DIY backyard wedding, and he went above and beyond in respectfully suggesting ways to go about certain aspects of our day that made things flow effortlessly. Not only did we love having Magnus there for our big day, but our friends and family did too!

Tess is an unbelievable florist and artist. She completely executed my vision for our wedding day and went above and beyond my expectations! She was extremely thorough to work with, making sure she knew exactly what I wanted in terms of style she worked on so many different floral versions for me throughout the planning process until we got to the one we thought was best for the space. Our arbor was absolutely incredible, way beyond what I imagined it would be. My bouquet tied in every aspect I had talked about with her and even more! I truly cannot suggest Tess enough, hire her!!

From our first conversation with Jeremy at DJ DeWeese Entertainment, we knew we had found our DJ. He listened to what we wanted and asked thoughtful questions instead of pushing his own ideas on us. During the reception, Jeremy kept the energy up with his music and MC work while making sure the focus stayed on us and our guests—not on him. He was funny, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Jeremy adjusted everything on the fly to match the vibe we wanted, and his execution was flawless.
