Celebrate in our temperature-controlled 1891 barn with a four-foot disco ball, gather around the bonfire, and stay onsite in our 1747 farmhouse. 2027 Wedding Weekend Venue Fees are $13,500 off-season (Nov-April + July) and $16,500 prime season (May-June and Aug-Oct). A two-night farmhouse stay ($1,200/night) and 15% service fee apply; your welcome event has no additional site fee. Most couples plan for an overall wedding budget (including all outside vendors and services) of approximately $55,000–$100,000+. A private estate, cannabis friendly, and non-corporate, the 4200-square-foot Mod House is an architectural gem built in 1959 by a follower of the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The open-plan layout and floor-to-ceiling windows connect the spacious interior to the natural world outside. You can tie the knot on the lawn with a lush forested backdrop. After the ceremony, revel with your guests in Love, Velma, an underground speakeasy and dance club within the venue. The speakeasy comes fully equipped with a bar, projector, stage, and lights. Four bedrooms are available if you prefer to stay on-site on the wedding night.

Hello! We're Natalie and Aldo, the couple behind Silas House Inn and Barn. Silas House is a historic dairy farm and house in the Catskill Mountains of New York. The home has lived many lives and in summer 2024, we reopened it as a boutique B&B. The Barn is 5,000 sqft of event space with the lower barn fully renovated and staged for your next event. The upper lofted barn will see further modernization in Spring 2024 and is the perfect reception and indoor ceremony space. Behind the barn is two acres of sprawling lawn including raised bed gardens and mountain views. We're so excited to share Silas with couples in 2025 and beyond!
