In my 13 years of study, I have primarily learned from Elizabeth LeBlanc. I also attended two summers at Rocky Mountain Springs Harp Program, where I studied with Kathryn Harms. I have been very fortunate to have wonderful teachers who got me where I am today! Outside of my musical background , my degree is in Early Childhood Education. I’m Trevor Harris, founder and DJ at Total Harmony Entertainment, and I love helping couples turn their vision into a celebration they'll never forget. I structure wedding timelines in real time through cueing, sequencing, and continuous adjustment to guest response. Ceremony timing, introductions, and formal moments are kept precise, while I shape the reception moment to moment to prevent stalls or loss of momentum once dancing begins. The focus is maintaining clarity during structured portions of the day and actively managing movement and attention once the dance floor opens.

After I finished my PhD in genetics and molecular biology at Yale, I left behind a career as a research scientist to pursue a lifelong dream as a professional sax player. While the pandemic was a roadblock to many musicians, I managed to gain momentum as a street performer when I began hosting outdoor concerts for the local entertainment-deprived graduate students. A few of my fellow graduates asked me to perform at their weddings, and even DJ, so I spent the next two years honing my skills and constructing a very 80's synthwave-style brand and equipment to match the vibe.
