The petite Pond House offers a setting for cocktail hours or after parties. Services Offered As you host your wedding at The Kaaterskill, you can avail of the many services and amenities available to you. From a get-ready suite for your pre-ceremony preparations to essential event rentals to decorate your space, the venue can provide it. The in-house coordinator will also work closely with you to understand your ideas and needs to ensure a seamless planning process. Besides weddings, the property can throw engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and birthdays. Outside vendors can also work on the premises to ensure everything is tailored to your vision. In 1926, Helen Osborne Storrow was decorating a temporary structure to depict an early American kitchen. An active trustee of the Eastern States Exposition and chairwoman of the Home Department, she dreamed of moving the handicraft exhibit to an actual home on-site – a building with its own kitchen!

Located at the base of Mohonk Mountain and nestled on the banks of the Rondout Creek. Our farm sits on 32 acres housing a carefully repurposed English-Dutch dairy barn from the 1830’s. A 3,000 square foot event space with soaring ceilings, and large hand sewn beams that are original to the structure.
