We believe that people see the problems our world faces and have the desire to help, but often don’t know where to start. So we started Cathedral with one goal in mind — to build something that’s the sole purpose of existing was to make this world of ours a more just and beautiful place. Building things that matter takes time. Cathedrals took generations to build — those who began the work didn’t see its completion. The architect who drew up the plans would never see their spires rise. The mason laying the bricks would never stand under their cover.

Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements. As of 2023, we have installed a brand new HVAC system with air filtration and air-conditioning to our main upstairs hall. Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more. We view weddings as an artistic, creative, community-celebrated gathering centered around the love and commitment of two people. As part of our nonprofit mission, we want to develop a partnership with you (as a member of the Abbey) to help create a beautiful and unique event for you and your loved ones. Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. Unique, industrial-chic event space in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. 1800 sq. foot, two-floor, loft space. The venue can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated, family-style dinner on the mezzanine, or up to 150 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Plenty of space for ceremony, cocktail hour and dance reception all under one roof! Catering is provided through Quinn's Pub in Seattle! Complete with in-house staff, bar services and security. Looking for planning services? We have that too! Full inventory of catering tables, chairs, lounge furniture, bistro tables and cocktail tables. It is a blank canvas filled with large windows, a corner space and access to Occidental Park right out front of our doors! Create the special day of your dreams! We've made our space as one stop shop, including resources to event planning, event design, floral design, dj needs, photographers + so much more, or bring in your own! BYO food + beverage. We do not have a commercial kitchen on site therefore food cannot be prepared on site, but it can be brought in and set up already made. We do have a small kitchen that can be used for light prep, and bar use.

THE 101 is in the heart of the wonderful, stunningly gorgeous and vibrant neighborhood of Pioneer Square making it the perfect venue for celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and much more! The Wallingford Venue is ideal for larger events at 4,500 square feet. Overlooking the stunning Lake Union, the studio, which offers beautiful, polished wood flooring, a grand stage, and homey, understated elegance, is a lovely backdrop for your ceremony or reception. It also offers a full kitchen for any catering requirements, as well as a thorough sound system. For smaller ceremonies, the Greenlake studio, at 1,000 square feet, is equally suitable. This venue has two smaller rooms which can be used as “getting-ready rooms” and a warm, inviting lobby. Inside the studio, you can find an impressive wall of mirrors. The MV Skansonia by Landmark Event Co is a historic waterfront venue in Seattle, offering stunning views of the Emerald City skyline. Built in 1929, this wooden ferry once carried passengers between Vashon Island and Point Defiance before being permanently docked on Lake Union for events. The venue accommodates 175 seated guests and 200 standing. Block 41 is one of downtown Seattle’s newest and most unique private event venues. Located in the heart of Belltown, the impeccably renovated former ice warehouse offers three discrete indoor spaces on two levels, plus a landscaped outdoor courtyard. Block 41 combines the best of old and new – massive old growth timber, exposed brick walls, and vintage car decking merge gracefully with blackened steel, leather column wraps, and state-of-the-art building systems. Award-winning architecture firm Graham Baba, along with other local artists and craftsmen, collaborated to repurpose this vintage industrial building into a unique and elegant multi-purpose event venue.

The Gold Dust Room can host up to 150 guests and features a fully customizable menu prepared by The Butcher’s Table to meet your budget and dietary needs, guaranteeing a one-of-a-kind experience. We provide a unique venue for your intimate wedding service aboard our vintage wood Flagship Cruiser. Our boat provides the perfect platform for your ceremony with a large open aft deck, allowing a panoramic view of the Seattle skyline. A wedding or vow renewal on our boat is performed by the captain of the vessel or you can choose a package with one of our alternative officiants. We offer a variety of services to cater to your beliefs and lifestyle. We can provide a mount for your cell phone to record or live stream your service, and our boat makes an amazing platform for photos. With our simple elopement you will receive 20 high resolution edited photographs taken by the captain. We will take advantage of the boat’s ability to be positioned for scenic photographs, and the bow can be utilized for capturing an intimate moment of the newlywed couple. If you would like additional pictures to remember your special day, upgraded photography packages are offered.
