The Rockin' Horse Dance Barn is a dance studio for adults and a premier dance & event venue nestled away in Renton, WA. This historic rental hall is the ideal location for your special day, providing that country feel, and yet it's very close by. Gather your family and friends and make beautiful, joyful memories in our hall and garden!

The Barn

A wonderful country feel right in the city.

The banquet hall and dining room can comfortably seat up to 250 guests at eight-foot banquet tables. There are more tables and chairs to accommodate more people if needed. The main dance floor area is 4,000 square feet (50ft x 80ft) of hardwood! It includes a spacious kitchen with lots of counters and a medium-sized refrigerator to keep food cold. The stage is recessed in the wall so there are no interruptions to the main dance floor area.

Yes. The onsite private parking can accommodate approximately 100 cars. Additional free offsite parking is available on the street.
You may bring your own caterer for your functions. Food must be prepared/cooked beforehand. We have a large spacious kitchen, refrigerator and a triple sink but no garbage disposal (so no food in the sinks).
Alcohol is allowed with: • Washington State Banquet Permit - available online • Washington State Licensed Bartender
The reservation deposit is 50% of your Total Event Rental Fee. This deposit is due at signing the Rental Contract and is non-refundable.
