“Every single part of our wedding and our stay at this hotel was incredible. Bay pointe inn staff pays great attention to detail, and even had a bottle of champagne and a sweet treat in our room waiting for us after our wedding. The lake front pavilion was absolutely gorgeous and the staff made the planning process easy and hassle free. Also highly recommend a Thursday wedding as we had the whole place to ourselves!!”

“We were honored to host our wedding at Meyers Castle in August 2024 and can’t imagine having our dream day anywhere else. My husband’s been familiar with the venue for years way back when they hosted events at the speakeasy. When he described it to me it sounded too good to be true but after touring the first time words can’t describe how beautiful it is. It’s an absolute dream venue with so many beautiful backdrops and details you don’t need much decor! The garden and statues are stunning! We honeymooned in Italy and have to say this venue rivals any Italian Villa. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The food is amazing and for smaller weddings the Oakroom is so intimate and beautiful. I wish we could relive the day over and over again. It’s so romantic and can fit any size wedding. We didn’t use the bridal suite because it’s a separate fee but found the venues all inclusive rates to be extremely affordable. Our ceremony was in front of the gazebo with the castle in the background but any location would be equally beautiful. If you’re thinking about it let this be your sign it’s just as beautiful in person as in pictures. Our wedding was even featured on Brides as a hidden NWI gem. It’s only 30 min-1 hour outside of Chicago so it wasn’t an issue for guests to get to. Thank you Meyers Castle for hosting our dream day!”

Most of our on site venue tours are done by the owners, as they have a hands on approach to managing their venue and connecting with their clients! Ivy House’s purpose is to be a space where everyone is welcome to celebrate! Whether you are looking to put a ring on it, acknowledge a milestone or meet with your team - we would love to be your gathering place! Ivy House sits on a spacious 7 acres. “I highly recommend hosting your event at the Ivy House. I was married here in January, and from start to finish the experience was incredible. Every member of the staff was kind, helpful, and professional, especially our wedding planner, Tiffany. On our wedding day, I didn’t worry about a single thing. After a year of working closely together, I fully trusted Tiffany to execute my vision, and she delivered beyond our expectations. She expertly guided us through the entire planning process and helped bring the wedding of our dreams to life. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and even in January the greenhouse was a comfortable 71 degrees. The bridal suite is spacious and beautiful, with plenty of mirrors, a private bathroom, and ample room for the entire bridal party. While the groom’s suite is more modest, it was still a very nice space for the time it’s used. The hospitality at the Ivy House is truly top-notch. They have excellent relationships with trusted vendors, which made navigating the many wedding decisions so much easier. The option to rent décor through their in-house company, Charm Decor, was also a huge bonus, especially for couples who prefer not to DIY. An incredible venue and team from start to finish!”
