Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. On the day of she wrangled our family like a pro, setup our centerpieces, and was just generally a force of nature in being the schedule source of truth and making sure we had everything we needed to be happy all day. Hiring Dhalia Events was one of the best decisions we made when we were planning our wedding. I am skeptical of the wedding industry in general, but I am convinced that wedding coordinators like Deliece and Melissa are skilled, experienced professionals in a niche field who can make a huge difference in the quality of your experience. And what's the point if you don't get to enjoy your wedding experience? Here are some specific things that Deliece and Melissa did that were super-helpful on the day of: 1) I couldn't find the body tape I had bought, but they had some on hand. 2) I needed to stay hydrated after I got my makeup done, so they provided straws so I could drink without messing up my lipstick. 3) The groom's vest had fallen to the bottom of his garment bag after we dry cleaned it, but they had a portable steamer and were able to get the wrinkles out. 4) They arranged a tent for our DJ for the ceremony, which was outdoors, when they discovered at the last minute that the contract required a tent rain-or-shine. 5) They made sure we ate dinner (and dessert). 6) They made sure waitstaff were replacing our drinks at regular intervals during the reception. 7) They brought a handheld portable fan, which was a lifesaver since it was more than 90 degrees outside. 8) They provided transportation around the property, which was a vineyard that wasn't very walkable in my nice shoes. 9) A friend left something in their car by accident at the end of the night, and they arranged to mail it to her a few days later. All of these things were nice surprises. It's not like we asked them to bring straws, it didn't even occur to us that we'd need them. But Deliece and Melissa brought them anyway because this is their job and they know what they're doing. They were PREPARED. I also want to note that I did not buy full wedding planning services from them, just month-of coordination, but they never treated me like a less important client. There were cases in the months leading up to the wedding where I asked them for help that was actually outside the scope of services we had agreed on, and they were very professional in letting me know that it wasn't included in my package. I appreciate that they enforced their boundaries so politely and respectfully-- I like that in a person. Overall, I can't recommend Dhalia Events highly enough.

I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We got tons of compliments from our guests at how lovely the entire wedding was and I know we could not have pulled it off without Charissa / Simply Loved Weddings!!

I don’t think I can truly explain or fit into a review how amazing Kris with unKAGed events is! We hired Kris because this was a destination wedding for us and we needed help with locating vendors and wanted to feel like we had someone that we could work with in the area that was familiar with the industry and able to coordinate day of for us. I had my initial call with Kris and immediately felt comfortable and listened to with any questions or concerns I had with planning. She offered us different vendors for catering, rentals, dj and cake. She setup up tastings and meetings with all vendors making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every vendor we went with. Kris went above and beyond being CCd on every email and on every call. She provided quick and accurate information throughout the planning process. We ran into issues with our venue along the way and Kris was right there beside us helping us and working through it. What can feel like the chaos of wedding planning we knew we could trust her and rely on her. When it came to day of as a bride it’s hard to feel like you don’t have full control over your day. However trusting Kris after working with her leading up to the big day I knew she was going to do all she could to bring my vision to life and make the best decisions for our wedding. She did just that! I can’t put into words how much she did for us - from all the work leading up, rehearsal, setting up ceremony site, setting up cocktail hour, setting up the reception tables and seating chart and then breaking it all down after - she truly does it all!! I knew I was hiring someone to help us along the way and for the day of our wedding what I didn’t know is I was hiring someone who would care about us the way she did.

Danielle from Every Little Detail was amazing and contributed to the absolute success of the most perfect wedding day. We hired Danielle as a partial planner after deciding (thank goodness) that we could not plan a wedding ourselves. Danielle was there every step of the way. She tended to be 2 steps ahead of us. Ahead of the wedding she'd reach out and ensure we were on track. ELD provided an amazing online tool that contributed to this success to track costs, plan seating, and keep all of our wedding documents in one place. Danielle helped us find some amazing vendors and was especially key in the 60 days ahead of the wedding, finalizing details, coordinating with vendors, and providing great details into what we should expect and prepare for. Day of ELD was even more amazing. The venue said ELD was one of the best planning companies they ever worked with - extremely on top of everything and so seamlessly coordinating every detail (no pun intended!). Every Little Detail was a joy to work with and they helped us create and execute a magical and truly perfect wedding day. I could not recommend them more.

Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. During this time, we had selected a majority of our vendors but we needed Sarah's expertise in organizing our long to-do list, logistics and design ideas. A majority of our guests were traveling to our wedding so the logistics of how the weekend looked was very important to us as a couple. We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Teyanna was beyond accommodating and informative throughout the entire process. Her precise, creative, and professional "client-first" mentality shone through. From countless Zoom calls to meeting up in person to select flowers, it was more than we could have asked for and were expecting. Her professionalism and creativity showed through when we had to improvise our outdoor ceremony to an indoor one thanks to a horrific tropical storm. She called us on the morning of our wedding to ensure we were doing okay and went over every detail with both my husband and me to make sure she and her team didn't miss anything. We hired Rebecca as our month-of wedding coordinator and she exceeded all of our expectations. My husband and I moved not long before our wedding, and having Rebecca to coordinate with our vendors and keep us on task was a godsend during an otherwise frantic time in our lives. She kept everyone in line during our rehearsal (no small feat!) and made sure everything ran smoothly and according to schedule on the day of. For almost the entirety of the planning process, we put off working with a wedding planner. About 3 weeks before our wedding day, we realized we couldn’t put it off any longer – that’s where One 15 Events came in. From our first conversation with Erica and Katie, we knew we made the right decision and were in the right hands. Katie immediately injected a sense of calm into the weeks leading up to our big day. She was thoughtful, thorough, precise, and decisive. On our wedding day, Katie was our right hand. She was our eyes and ears, running around to ensure every detail was executed as we planned. When there was a small table snafu at the eleventh hour, it was Katie who sprang into action to resolve. When it was time for our brief ceremony rehearsal, it was Katie who took charge and led the way. When we realized our bridesmaids hadn’t been given their bouquets for formal pictures, it took no more than a minute for Katie to locate and hand them out. It was because we had Katie there as an extension of us that we were able to sit back and enjoy what could have been a hectic and stressful day. Spoiler alert – the day was awesome!
