“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. I had already booked a DJ, but was specifically looking for a company that would be able to provide cold spark machines for our first dance and our grand exit. I said I wanted as many as he could provide for both of those moments and he was able to use eight total machines (four on each side). The layout of them was perfect and made for some fantastic photos and videos. Sean also asked what the first dance song was ahead of time so he would know the piece of music and could then time the start of the cold spark machines with the first chorus of the song for a more dramatic effect. The crowd was shocked and amazed when they went off during our first dance and the timing was perfect! Sean was able to make the vision I dreamed about come to life and I could not be happier with how it was executed! He was easy to get in touch with and very communicative leading up to the event and the day of the event to make sure the timing for everything would work out. She was very responsive, communicative, and has a super easy online portal that helps capture every detail you could think of for the event music. She’s also a lovely human in general to work with. We went with the approach of choosing the major songs and providing general recommendations around genres and let the expert handle the rest. We had multiple guests tell us they could not stop dancing or singing along the entire night. We had every age group on the dance floor. If it’s any indication - my photographer had to remind me a few times to stop bouncing around so she could get some good still shots. In our opinion, it doesn’t get any better than DJ Krystyle.”
