He effortlessly transitioned the night from the intros to speeches to cake cutting to dancing. He was such a fun presence to be around and was dancing the night away with us from behind the booth. We were so pleased even during dinner, he played literally all of our favorite songs - we had made an 8 hour long playlist for him to sift through and somehow he chose the best ones and curated the perfect dinner vibe. DJ Frederick was so great throughout the whole wedding - checking in with us every so often and really making it feel like we were running the show but in a completely low stress way. Even leading up to our wedding, I was worried about the timeline/order of events and Frederick immediately jumped on another call with us to run through everything again. DJ Frederick and Toast and Jam were so easy to work with and super communicative. We are so happy with our choice and would recommend Toast and Jam to anyone and everyone!”

“Just to preface - I take wedding dance floors extremely seriously. I think it is make or break for the reception. My fiancé and I were trying to keep costs as low as we could and had our eyes on a few other DJ’s that were within our price range and had been good at other weddings until I stumbled on DJ One Chance. I knew from the second I saw his Instagram that I needed to have him at our wedding. His energy, charisma, and ability to read the room is incredible. He was a bit out of our original price range (which was very low to begin with, keep in mind) and I can absolutely tell you that he is worth every single penny. Every planning meeting we had with him got us more and more excited to have him with us on the day of. He listened to the vibe and energy we were going for and could not have done a better job. My parents were blown away that for a bit of a tight dance floor and 200 guests, the dance floor was PACKED from 8:30 - Midnight. Some quotes we received from friends were “I haven’t danced that much at a wedding in a long time” - Rick, 59 years old and “Your DJ was insane. He knew which songs were hits with the crowd and kept the energy going” - MK, 30. He was a hit with every age group and we are forever indebted him for creating the dance floor of our dreams. I have never seen so many people compliment a wedding DJ or a dance floor so passionately. DJ One Chance worked with us seamlessly to make sure we were able to have the best day ever. He even let us request one more last song after the “last song” that we picked ourselves didn’t hit as hard as we wanted. “Don was the perfect DJ! Prior to the event, he scheduled multiple calls to meet us & understand exactly what we were looking for. He has an online portal where we could input our requested songs for key events (i.e. ceremony, cake cutting, etc.), & this portal also had a section for you to identify the songs you really love & songs you like. The day of the wedding, he executed perfectly. He helped keep the reception flowing seamlessly, interacted with guests, & most importantly was able to keep the dance floor going all night. We got so many compliments from our guests saying how wonderful he was & how much fun they had thanks to him. We can't recommend him enough!”

From our very first call, he was easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted, and immediately made us feel comfortable trusting his expertise. On the wedding day, he timed every ceremony song perfectly, making all of those emotional, dramatic, and fun moments feel exactly how we had envisioned them. During the reception, he kept everything running seamlessly. His announcer voice was fantastic, his transitions were smooth, and he kept us right on schedule without anything ever feeling rushed or forced. We even made a last-minute change to our reception entrance song the morning of the wedding, and Jordan handled it without missing a beat. He made it happen like it had been planned all along. And the dancing… Jordan absolutely crushed it. It felt like he knew the perfect order to play every song to keep the dance floor full all night. There was never a point where the energy dropped, and our guests had an amazing time. I also really appreciated that he was thoughtful about guest song requests, only mixing them in when they fit the vibe we were going for.
