I love learning what songs are special to you, and making them more delicate and chill for your ceremony. I can sing with tracks, or accompany myself as I play guitar and ukulele. I play ukulele and guitar as well, and teach music at the University of Hawaii. I am a Na Hoku award winner. My unique specialty is the lovely Hawaiian Lap Steel Guitar. Don began playing violin at age five, while living in Karachi, Pakistan. His Rumanian father gave him his first lessons. Continuing his studies, Don attended music conservatories in Paris and Rome, culminating in 1975, when he began exploring music beyond the classical realm. Since then he has performed and recorded with numerous jazz, folk and rock musicians, and also classical. His credits include playing in orchestras for such luminaries as Ella Fitzgerald and Pavarotti. Presently making his home on Maui, Hawai`i, he divides his time between performing, teaching, recording & swimming in the warm ocean.
