Hi, I'm Georgy Shishkin — a wedding and elopement photographer with over 19 years of experience capturing love stories in breathtaking landscapes. Based in Oregon, I photograph weddings across the Pacific Northwest, California, and British Columbia. My background in photojournalism taught me how to anticipate real emotion, while my years in wedding photography taught me how to guide and support couples in front of the camera. Just a little backstory on how I got into this business. When I was a child, I loved taking pictures of everything. And I mean everything! (I get that from my mom.) Now my dad didn't share this same joy as me because back then it was all film and every snapshot I took...he knew he had to pay to develop. We love to look back on that time of my life now and see where it got me. Its a funny story to reflect on, but so rewarding to see a joy turn into a passion and that passion turn into a career!
