“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “If someone asked me nicely to go dance my heart out in 90 degree heat, I would probably refuse. If someone tried to bribe me to get out on the floor in near tropical levels of humidity and sweltering, oppressive temperatures, it would take a hefty sum. And yet, twice now I have seen Jeremy get not just me, but over one hundred people to move our feet to the expertly curated beats and harmonies, ignoring the heat in what were inarguably the best dance parties I have had the joy of participating in. My wife discovered Jeremy after I struck out in my search to find adequate music for our wedding. After wading through a sea of ridiculous quotes, flaky DJ's, and logistical nightmares involving the transportation of bands, I gave up entirely. So when my wife explained that she had found a DJ with extremely reasonable rates and fantastic reviews, I was in disbelief. But then, she played for me a sample mix that Jeremy had put together for a HIIT class and it was pure musical magnificence. We hired him soon after. Jeremy was prompt and polite in communications, knowledgeable, unforgettably friendly, and above all else the master of the party's vibe. He managed to blend Beyonce with MGMT, he got my grandmother dancing to N'Sync, I can't overstate how much fun we had. When we remember our wedding with friends and families, the music is everyone's highlight. I cannot recommend Jeremy highly enough. - Nic My partner and I were looking for a DJ for our wedding. This was a new experience for me, but Jeremy made it incredibly easy. He was organized, incredibly friendly, and even provided a survey to better understand our music tastes as well as our vision for the event. At the wedding reception, he did such a fantastic job bringing the energy, masterfully transitioning between songs, and matching our music tastes. In an incredibly sweaty barn, he got the whole group jumping and singing and bopping around (the photos from that party are.. too wild to share). The following year, my sister and her fiance knew exactly who to call for their wedding. Highly recommend 10/10. - Sharon”

“DJ Neal was an amazing choice for our recent wedding at the Rust Manor House in Leesburg, VA. From the beginning of the wedding process, DJ Neal was friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. He took into consideration some of our favorite artists and curated a wonderful playlist for our wedding day (i.e., ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). We had quite a unique request being “early 2000s nostalgia” for the reception and he delivered! During couples portraits before the ceremony, I remember telling people how much I enjoyed the music he was playing. “Mark was hands down THE best part of our wedding! He was so helpful during the whole planning process. Any questions we had he gave us the best advice. He doubles down as a “Day of Coordinator” as well, making sure the timeline is down to a tee. The lights he set up in our reception was like nothing I’ve seen at any other wedding. He even had us throw down on the turntable and it was such a fun and unique moment that everyone loved!! It really was electric during party time! Mark is also so friendly and personable. From the beginning, Alex was so easy to work with and made the planning process so much fun. He was so enthusiastic about our day and our music choices and felt more like a friend than just a wedding vendor! We were looking for a very specific energy with our DJ and wanted to stay away from the typical over the top cheesiness. Alex could not have been more of a fit for our day. He had such relaxed energy and his entire set up was so in line with the feel of our wedding. We had a very vintage inspired day and his vintage set up and suitcases were such a great addition to the reception room. He executed everything perfectly and was even willing to operate our DIY disco ball set up. For the ceremony and the reception he was on point with all of the timing and cues and truly brought our vision to life. He has a worksheet to fill out with any specific songs for certain parts of the evening or for the reception dance floor, and by the end of the night he had gotten to every requested song. He was even able to throw in the Eagles fight song for the groom! There were a few moments in the night that we let CJ decide the music for and he chose the perfect songs to fit the vibe. He was great at reading the dance floor and adjusting to the crowd, and he had some fun mixes of well known songs to switch things up. On more than one occasion our guests raved about CJ through the night, and we couldn't have been happier with his work.”
