We are based from Janesville, Wisconsin but willing to travel from the areas of North Chicago, Illinois to Madison, Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WIsconsin, and more! MARLON AND THE SHAKES is a Chicago band that offers up a perfectly mixed musical cocktail of funk, pop and rock music. The group has delivered party vibes to countless stages at private events, clubs, and festivals across the country since 2018. Lead singer and musical director Marlon Longid has been performing for Chicago audiences for over 25 years. Marlon recently formed his production company MATS Productions to accommodate the need for better stage productions for private events. Brian "Bizeone" Wienski grew up in Chicago, spinning house music at an early age. In 1989, the Chicago house music movement was growing and evolving. Brian was inspired by DJ's such as Bad Boy Bill and Mike Boogie Boy. In 1993, Bizeone decided to specialize in hip-hop music and participated in national DJ battles. He was even a finalist in the '02 and '03 DJ Mixing Championship (DMC).

Originally from Marietta, Ohio, Wes moved to the Chicagoland at the age of five. He discovered ETSU which offered a degree in bluegrass, country, and old-time music. While there, he was able t study with 5 time Grammy winner, Adam Steffey while refining his skills as a songwriter and composer. He has performed in many notable venues including the Paramount Center for the Arts (Bristol, Tn), the Birthplace of Country Music Museum (Bristol, Tn), Niswonger Performing Arts Center (Greeneville, Tn), The Sandwich Opera House (Sandwich, Il), Navy Pier (Chicago, Il) as well as many others.
