“The Garrison itself is absolutely stunning - even more beautiful in person - and the staff was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Our guests are still raving about the food, and the entire space came together perfectly for both the ceremony and reception. What really made the day seamless, though, was the team that supported us. Annie, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute godsend. We were juggling unpredictable weather, miscommunications, and a whole lot of last-minute uncertainty, and she handled it all with such calm, measured grace. She kept things on track and gave us the gift of peace of mind - we truly couldn’t have done it without her. Fatima, my bridal assistant, was my right hand from the moment I arrived. She anticipated every need before I even had to ask - always three steps ahead, always composed, always kind. I felt fully taken care of, which is exactly what every bride hopes for. We’re so grateful to the entire team - thank you for making our wedding day so beautiful and so easy to enjoy.”

“We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Blenheim Hill Farm. From the first time we visited, we knew there was something incredibly special about the property, but our actual wedding weekend exceeded every expectation we had. The farm itself is absolutely stunning. It feels romantic, intimate and completely tucked away, and having so many different spaces throughout the property made the entire weekend feel like an experience rather than just one wedding day. Being able to stay at the farmhouse and spend that extra time on the property with our closest family and friends was one of our favorite parts. The entire Blenheim team was incredible. There are so many moving pieces that go into a wedding, and by the time the weekend arrived, we genuinely felt like we could hand everything over to them and just enjoy ourselves. Everything flowed so seamlessly, and we felt completely taken care of from beginning to end. Our guests noticed it too - we received so many compliments about how beautiful everything was and how attentive and wonderful the staff were. And the FOOD! We knew going into the wedding that food was one of Blenheim’s strengths, but it somehow managed to be even better on the actual wedding day. Everything felt thoughtful, seasonal and special, and we are still hearing from guests about how much they loved it. What we appreciated most about Blenheim is that it never felt like a cookie-cutter wedding venue. The property has so much character and natural beauty, and we were able to create a weekend that genuinely felt like us. Looking back, there really isn’t another place we can imagine having gotten married. Our wedding at Blenheim was everything we hoped it would be - beautiful, relaxed, personal, incredibly fun and filled with the people we love. We would choose Blenheim all over again in a heartbeat and are so grateful to everyone there for giving us a weekend we will never forget.”

“We fell in love with this venue the moment we drove up the road. My husband and I grew up in NJ, live in Brooklyn, and were looking for a venue that felt like a nature retreat while still being accessible for our friends and family. Milford is a great town just down the road and the hotels are so close too. Linnea and Alec were so communicative and helpful with the endless lists of questions we sent them. We cannot thank them enough for setting the stage for the weekend - and I'm just so impressed with how seamless and easy it felt to use their venue. We were struck just by the beauty of the whole property. It's absolutely marvelous! We were surrounded by charming little bunnies and butterflies the whole weekend. We took advantage of the place for the whole weekend - a Friday night pizza truck party, multiple pool and hot tub hangouts, and a Sunday bagel brunch in the barn. Everybody was raving about the barn, farmhouse, and cottage. The sunset during the reception created a great atmosphere for our guests to congregate and enjoy the lawn. We felt right at home and it made our wedding so incredibly special.”

“I enjoy visiting Tom Quick Inn in Milford for occasional dinner, glass of wine, dessert. A decision to choose this venue for my daughter Quinceanera came to ma easy. It was a great choice. The communication with my event coordinator, Keighla, was great. We had few in person meetings, communicated via email or phone. She helped me adjust the menu to create what I wanted for that special day. I felt taken care of in any way possible by her. It felt great to meet the chef, Mike, who was in charge of the meal preparation, before the event and to be able to discuss the menu with him. He become another person I could turn too, if I had any questions. The venue accommodated my needs to decorate the venue the night before event. The event itself was fabulous. The day was warm as for late October, the colorful trees surrounding the restaurant, allowed us to take nice pictures in the nature. The food, as expected... delicious. Guest left the event happy, with full tummies. As for me... It felt as if I just had a wedding I never had. “From the moment we first reached out, the very hip owners at A Private Barn Estate in The Hudson Valley (you'll learn its real name:) were always available, communicative and fun. We're so glad we found this beautiful property, it's very private and hard to find online, so we felt it was lucky of us. We also like that, that it isn't used solidly by one couple after another; they also choose the couples reverently to whom they extend their home. There’s so much to explore, from the charming tiny houses scattered throughout, to the inviting homemade hot tub and peaceful sauna, to the quirky hidden thrift shop/barn. We held our ceremony in the newly added amphitheater nestled in the woods—an intimate space surrounded by towering trees, creating a perfect natural backdrop for our vows. We were lucky with beautiful September weather, and the sound of our friends laughing and exploring the grounds will forever be a cherished memory. Josh, the owner of The Outlier, truly made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we met him, we knew this was “our” place. He is warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. During our first tour of the property, Josh even let us bottle-feed his adorable baby goat, “Frip”—a moment that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Leading up to the wedding, Josh was always available to offer guidance and advice, and throughout the weekend, his calm presence was a steady source of reassurance. Whether he was setting up bonfires, handling speakers and microphones, or just checking in on us, Josh ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our celebration. The only downside to having our wedding at The Outlier Inn is that we almost want to keep it a secret—it’s so magical, we’d love to keep it all to ourselves! But in all honesty, The Outlier Inn is an extraordinary venue, and we can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Thank you, Josh, for making our weekend so unforgettable!”

The outside grounds included small bodies of water, one with a bridge to a small island. The island had a gazebo and sacred site where we sat and meditated together. “My (now) wife and I enjoy the food at Alan's Falafel (Chester, NY) so much that when it came time to select a caterer we were very happy Alan's was available and worked with us on what we were looking for. We wanted to share the food we love and enjoy with our family and friends. We have been to so many weddings where the food was just underwhelming. Alan's did not disappoint. We still receive so many comments on how much the food was enjoyed and the People at Alan's worked very hard to make sure our day went smooth and we were left satisfied. Cannot recommend them enough.”

“We could not recommend Wildflower on Watts enough!!! Our wedding was an absolute dream from start to finish and Bethany and her team are all to thank for that. Communication was incredible and the team was cooperative and professional. In the midst of chaotic wedding planning, there was always a sense of calm when speaking with Bethany. She never left a question unanswered and we would always hear back from her within 24hrs. There was a time she was even out of the country for a short period but received our email and got back to us promptly. There was nothing throughout the process we didn't feel we could ask her. She was open to all ideas and visions. Wildflower on Watts has an in-house coordinating team that worked with us closely in the month leading up the wedding and sporadically throughout the entirety of the wedding planning process. Their attention to detail was nothing short of perfection and their professionalism and organization was top notch. The venue is so breathtaking on its own that we didn't even feel the need to go crazy with decor. The space can absolutely be dressed up more though if preferred. The farmhouse tables, second floor loft and high skylight ceiling speak for themselves. That's only the inside. The property on the outside is a fairytale; lucious, tall grass, beautiful trees and various flowers/plants as well as the flagstone pathways you're walking on - there is truly something to look at with each step you take. For these reasons, there are so many pretty spaces to capture gorgeous pictures at! They executed our ideas just as we envisioned and made our dreams a true reality. Wildflower on Watts was worth every single penny and we are so grateful to Bethany and her team for all they did for us. If you are second guessing, don't. You will not regret having the most special day of your life at their venue!”

“We had the wedding of our dreams this past weekend at Mod House, and it could not have gone better. From the very beginning of planning, Nick & crew made us feel so taken care of and allowed us to really connect with the space and feel comfortable. We so enjoyed our visits even before our wedding took place! Mod House is so perfectly preserved in time, but still feels modern enough to have a contemporary wedding. If you choose to go all-out on a retro vibe like we did, it will absolutely suit your vision. All of the little details of the space are so magical and our guests were so enamored by the entire house. There are so many cool spaces around the house that will entertain all types of guests. The speakeasy, which is a fully functioning underground jazz club, is our favorite part of the house. You can lounge, you can dance, you can enjoy the bar, and there’s even a secret room. Special shout-out to Laverne, the queen of the castle, for offering her canine emotional support to us & our guests. I don’t know if our wedding would have been as magical and perfect if we were in any other venue. Mod House will forever be so special to us and we can’t wait to visit again!”
