About this venue

Tamerlaine is a rustic oasis with a beautiful purpose. Our historic farm dates back to 1774, and today its 336 acres are home to rescued farm animals, protected wildlife habitat, rolling pastures, forests, and breathtaking views. What was once a traditional working farm has been transformed into a place devoted to compassion, preservation, and second chances. There is something especially meaningful about beginning your life together in a place dedicated to giving others a new beginning. Couples can exchange vows surrounded by nature, celebrate beneath the open sky, wander the farm’s quiet roads and pastures, and meet some of the remarkable animals who call Tamerlaine home. Every wedding here is exclusively plant-based, and every celebration helps support the sanctuary and the animals in our care. It’s romantic, a little wild, wonderfully unexpected, and proof that one beautiful day can also do something beautiful for the world.

Yes, luxury non-permanent restrooms are available for the entire season. We also have an ADA-accessible restroom(s) available.
Most weddings are between 75-200, however with our 336 acre property we can accommodate up to 500 guests.
There are several locations for both ceremonies and receptions. Most are outdoors. The most common locations for receptions are outdoors under a tent or for parties under 100 inside our event barn. For the ceremony, we offer a private area overlooking one of our ponds or under a beautiful cluster of Norway Spruce in our magical Enchanted Forest.
Depending on your package, you will have use of the property’s Event Barn, Grounds, Entire Farmhouse + areas for bridal party prep, a luxury restroom trailer, and a basic tent setup for up to 200 people. This also includes access to power outlets and our parking area.
Yes, you can. However, we work with local caterers that deliver exceptional plant-based menus. Out of respect for the animals at the sanctuary, any and all food on the property and in the farmhouse must be VEGAN.
The home has 7 available bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. The house comfortably sleeps 14, but can accommodate more.
