Omnivent Event Services is the northeast's premier event production company serving NY, NJ and PA. A good event presents a clear message that is strengthened by its accompanying sights and sounds. To accomplish this, a professional event designer must be equal parts artist, communicator, and engineer. Omnivent's in-house designers come from diverse backgrounds encompassing all of these fields. We draw from our years of experience in commercials, concerts, conferences, and events to make sure that your presentation is memorable, unique, and safe.

By following these ideals, Omnivent has created well-received presentations for three US Presidents (Clinton, Bush, Obama), numerous corporations (Barklays, Credit Swiss, Yahoo!), charities (Human Rights Now, Anoopam Mission), and famous musicians (The Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, Blues Traveler, etc.). There is no event too large or too small for Omnivent. We have the technicians and equipment to bring lighting, draping, video, audio, staging, and decor to the largest arenas or the smallest dance hall. We apply 100% of our knowledge and passion to every event, whether it is a massive festival or an intimate wedding.

    We recommend is a transference of goods or services. Here's what that means: we will take the balance of your invoice and apply to another event that may happen later or we can create a custom piece that would be part of your event.
    We start with an e-mail from out contact page. We gather as much information about you event and send out an estimate. The estimate is informational only and changes are mainly done on there. If the estimate is completed and agreed upon, we convert to an invoice. Our invoice is our contract, schedule holder and agreement to your event.
    We require 40%-50% of the invoice. We do have a “pay as you go” option. If you need that route, please let us know.     Usually Omnivent Inc. schedules with the venue when we can come in to the space to install and when to pick up. ​ Only time we would need to schedule with you is if we were providing services/rentals at a private location.
    Yes, once you have signed our equipment release form, invoice & terms, our team members can help you secure the rentals in your vehicle. ​ Pick ups are best on Thursdays and returns on Mondays. Please call ahead to make sure a team member is at our warehouse to meet you and to inspect rentals.
