She was super responsive and available to answer questions throughout the process and give recommendations. Her recommendation on wedding dress alterations saved me 600 compared to the first place I went to! There is a lot that happens in the last 4-6 weeks before the wedding; all of your vendors are reaching out about final details and decisions, which Sarah helped us handle. She took the initiative to email all of our vendors which took the stress off of us and allowed us to only work with her in the final weeks as she communicated everything out to the rest of our vendor team. I believe our wedding was the first time she and her team had been to our venue – Riverside on the Potomac in Leesburg, Virginia – but you never would have known it. In particular, she nailed our timeline, which was such a big help for us not to have to think about much. On the wedding day, she was on top of everything and from my husband's and my perspective, everything went to plan and there were no hiccups! She does everything through Google Docs and Sheets which makes things super easy for you to work on as you have time and it’s nice that it’s all done in one place, not back and forth through lots of emails!”

“We could not recommend Flower Oak more! Mark and his team were incredible throughout the booking process and answered all of our questions in such a timely manner. We booked them 18 months before our wedding date and they continued to check in periodically to be sure we didn’t need anything. Prior to the wedding, they have you fill out a pdf with all important information, preferences, etc which they follow exactly! The day of, we had Jesse as our videographer, and he was wonderful! He was timely, kind, professional, and fit right in with our group. He traveled to multiple locations with us to capture all aspects of our day. He independently got with our photographers and DJ to ensure everything worked well together. We just got our films back (only 8 weeks from the wedding) and they are STUNNING! The highlight film reflects our day perfectly and the editing is just perfect. The documentary edit is a great way to relive the day from start to finish. Not to mention it is so fun and amazing to have access to all the raw footage; there are so many tiny clips that we have found and truly love all of them. The audio quality is top notch.
