I felt overwhelmed, but when we hired Sarah she helped us turn it all around. She held our hands through the hard part and then helped us stay on task and organized when our energy and excitement came back. She helped us navigate being out of the country for 3 of the six months prior to the wedding. She already had experience and relationships with most of our vendors, which helped those contracts go more smoothly and meant less management from us was required. She was 100% ready to get behind any project we could come up with — she supported our vision like it was her own. Whenever I asked her to find someone who could bring an idea to life, she always did so quickly and often with options to choose from. Her depth of connections meant that when I needed a new photographer with just six weeks to go, she was able to give me at least ten available and talented options in 24 hours. She is a wedding planner pro. Most importantly, she is just a lot of FUN and FUNNY. We enjoyed spending time with her on our monthly check in calls, at tastings, walk throughs, and finally the weekend of the wedding itself. She’s a joyful, quirky, nonjudgmental person who really loves weddings and helping couples have the day of their dreams. She is an LGBTQ affirming vendor which is obviously very important to us as a queer couple. She was extremely RESPONSIVE to all communication and I don’t think I ever waited more than 24 hours to hear back from her. Her planning expertise prior to the actual weekend was invaluable, but she really was our angel during the wedding weekend. “When I hired All In Entertainment, I had multiple options to choose from; however, Anthony's energetic and relatable personality and his knowledge and expertise was what made me choose him as my provider for DJ services. When the time came for my wedding day, (we DIY'D everything) so naturally we ran entirely behind schedule! That's when my DJ Mike SAVED the day along with my photographer and they basically took the coordination of placing the guests in and out of the appropriate rooms and they even helped me make a candle light outdoor ceremony look even better. Mike was exceptional, he confirmed that all the songs that were specifically requested for the ceremony and introductions were played and he went over them with me to make sure that he had them correct AND HE DID! “Jeremy was wonderful to work with! Every interaction we had, leading up to the wedding, at the wedding, and after the wedding, can be characterized as professional, a positive energy, and easy to work with. Jeremy was flexible and worked with me to get the exact footage I was looking for, and will cherish for years to come. Our ceremony was a Catholic Nuptial Mass, which was about two hours long. Jeremy definitely rose to the occasion, and the beautiful video he produced allowed us to re-live it, and something we look forward to showing our children and grandchildren. Likewise our reception was high quality, and we enjoyed watching and dancing to the video, as it felt like we were back at the event! Each moment he captured perfectly. Viewing that day had me beaming, as all the wonderful memories rushed back, the excitement, anticipation, love, and elegance. After the day was over, he kept in excellent communication with us, letting us know when to expect the final product, when payments were due, and kindly following up to see how we liked the videos.
