“Reflections Creative Photography has been a mainstay in the Wedding Community in the Lehigh Valley and beyond since 1980. During that timeframe we have had the opportunity to work at many of the 5 Star venues in NYC, Philly, DC and of course in the Lehigh Valley. One of our favorite venues located in the West End of what we consider the Lehigh Valley is and has been The Center Hotel Allentown/Lehigh Valley. The venue Ballrooms are awesome as is Service and menu offerings. But I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the staff, wait, banquet and sales! We know that when we arrive at the Wedding Reception, our couples will not be grumbling but smiling ear to ear, making our photography job so much easier. From timetable, backdrops, lighting – all just 100% perfect! It’s an honor to associated with The Center. Christine was clear and up front with our wedding package details, which was important to us, not to mention incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive to our concerns and requests. Veronica’s team set up the reception and cocktail hour so beautifully, it exceeded my expectations. Every detail was looked after! Any errors during the event were immediately rectified. The entire Hyatt staff went above and beyond to make our day not just special, but easy, including our getting ready rooms and our bridal suite after. The food was just as incredible for the reception and cocktail hour as it was during our tasting. We could not have asked for a happier, more gorgeous wedding day.”

“First and foremost I have to recognize the staff who worked the event at the hotel. Katrina, who is the event coordinator, was wonderfully communicative and detail oriented. We wanted to keep things relatively simple for our wedding but she had some great ideas to spruce things up a bit and helped to keep us on track leading up to the day of. The evening prior and on the day she was helping us set things up and made sure to keep our chaotic group on schedule. Not only that she was extremely helpful in managing the group, helping to cue and time our processions and intros into the dining room after the ceremony. She also added a personal touch to the centerpieces by arranging some fresh flowers we'd brought in and I thought the result was lovely. As important as Katrina were all of the wait staff and bartenders for our wedding. Jordan, Dawn and Dinnea took care of dinner service and Doug and Debbie tended the bar. We interacted with Jordan, Doug and Debbie the most but we've spoken to friends and family who agreed that the service was excellent. I want to call out Jordan specifically because that dude was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from drinks to food. On top of all of that he was just one of the most pleasant and kind humans we could have asked for to take care of us that day. We'd also like to extend a big thank you to the whole group as we had some late arrivals who came in during dinner time. The staff immediately noticed and without any fuss went over to get their order and get them served. We had opted for a Delmonico steak and salmon as our primary entrees. Note that because of the volume of guests the Delmonicos were all cooked to somewhere around medium. I can't vouch for everyone's steak but mine came out perfectly medium. As far as I can tell from catching up with friends and family during and after the wedding everyone was pleased and really enjoyed their meals. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere that was created. We ended up choosing the Orchid(?) package, if I recall the name correctly, which is their all inclusive package and I think it was worth every penny. I really enjoyed the up lighting and hotel provided centerpieces but I can see how if you have a different vision in mind then you may want to opt for a different offering. On top of the work they did in the space the hotel has a couple of outdoor seating areas, one of which has a fire pit, that were favorites of the group to take breaks from the party rocking inside. Ultimately the most important part of our wedding day was to unite our friends and family in one place where we could party and then not have to worry about transferring from the reception venue back to the hotel. As far as we're concerned Katrina and her staff delivered on this want magnificently. From the maintenance of the hotel and event space, to the friendly and thoughtful staff, to the convenient location for our friends and family; we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.”

“Where to begin!? The Hertzog family puts their heart and soul into this venue, you and your special day. Kristen, Scott and Makayla were delightful to work with, understanding our unique needs and helping us plan for a safe and special day during a pandemic. They are thorough, kind and truly put the needs and desires of the couple above all. To add, we rented out the entire B&B and our guests truly loved their experience at both the wedding and as a B&B guest. “I was so pleased when I found out the Indigo would be opening just in time for our wedding! Originally I planned to just settle for the old standard Hotel Warner - which is fine, but pretty worn. Linda, who's an absolute dream, helped me setup the block for our guests. I loved being able to offer both options for our out-of-town guests. The whole staff was extra sweet and helpful in coordinating both holding my overnight bag and handing out our welcome bags too. After the big day was over, my husband and I were really delighted to spend our honeymoon night there. We were too tired to even drink the special champagne they left us in the room! Our room was clean, stately, and really just perfect. Everyone else in the wedding party raved about the lobby decor & the fresh quality of the rooms. 10/10! Here's a photo of us walking in after the afterparty at Square Bar - highly recommend that too!”

“This property was beautiful, and the owners were wonderful to work with! Nestled in Chadds Ford, PA, the BnB is right next to Longwood Gardens and within 45 minutes of King of Prussia Mall (for any last-minute wedding shopping necessary, as it turns out we needed!). The wedding package we purchased included the entire BnB (6 rooms) for the bridal party, as well as the grounds to host our ceremony and/or reception (we did both!). Brad and Cindy did an amazing job of making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying our stay, and the grounds ended up being absolutely stunning for our wedding day. They also have extras available to add-on to your package, as needed (tent, outdoor patio heaters, pew seating, and a super cute shutter altar set up!). Normally, venues in the Chadds Ford/Brandywine area are super expensive, but this one was not only affordable but very worthwhile!!! Thank you, Brad and Cindy!!”

“The Imperial Event Center at the Holiday Inn was the perfect way to end our wedding night. Having a ballroom available from 10:30 pm to 1:30 am gave everyone a place to keep the celebration going after the reception. Guests were still buzzing with energy, and the space allowed everyone to relax, laugh, play games, and reconnect late into the night. It also gave us the chance to spend meaningful time with guests we hadn’t been able to chat with earlier, which meant a lot to us. The pizza and drinks were a hit, and the room was the perfect size for our group. It felt comfortable, casual, and easy, exactly what a late-night after party should feel like, especially when it’s right in the same hotel where everyone is staying. “We held our September 2025 wedding reception at The Rittenhouse. The food was excellent, the space looked beautiful, and the service on the wedding day was wonderful. Our dedicated server was spectacular both during our tasting and at the reception—attentive, warm, and one of the true standouts of our experience. The planning process was more challenging. Even after Jarret and I specifically asked to be included directly in decisions, communication often continued through our planner. This was especially frustrating because our planner was not providing the level of attentiveness promised, making direct communication with the venue even more important. We were also supposed to meet with the pastry team, but that meeting never happened. Although the cake tasted good, its appearance fell short of what we envisioned and felt like an afterthought in the overall design. After the wedding, aside from a congratulatory email that included our paid folios, no one meaningfully followed up to ask about our experience or invite feedback. Given the level of the event and The Rittenhouse’s reputation for luxury hospitality, we found that surprising. Overall, the culinary and banquet teams delivered an excellent reception, and our guests were very well cared for. We are grateful for the beautiful celebration, while believing the communication, pastry-design process, and post-event follow-up could have been much stronger.”

“The Hotel Palomar went above and beyond for our wedding weekend in the spring. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and morning after brunch as well as our room block at the hotel. The even coordinator, Erin S. and the entire team involved went above and beyond every step of the way. Five months before our wedding, I had to have major surgery and quarantine for two – three months after. I was unable to attend our food tasting but my fiancé and both sets of parents went on my behalf. Erin was not only understanding but supportive as my own family and friends were – checking in and celebrating with me after the surgery. When the tasting came, the chef sent home full-sized portions for me to try at home. This was in addition to the full-sized ones my family tried as well. The entire staff was there to answer any questions from me or our family. We had several dietary restrictions which Erin coordinated with the chef on our behalf to make sure those guests were included without having to worry. We had a memorial table as well as several things to be set out (guest book, favors, name cards, etc.). I gave all these items to the team and it was fully taken care of for me and they even knew which favors were to be for gluten free guests. Erin provided a list of pre-approved vendors they had worked with before (we didn’t have to use these) and we ended up using a lot of them. Erin coordinated with them directly as needed, photography locations for if it rained and DJ timeline. Due to the top tier efforts of the entire hotel, we were AHEAD of schedule the entire weekend which really allowed everyone to be fully present. My bridal party and I were in the suite for preparations and they continued to go above and beyond. We had a team member bring us our food and coffee order and he was so accommodating. He brought iced coffee when I mentioned that’s my preferences and we talked about our pets since I had my dog with me (as did several of our guests). Our guests were also well taken care of – from unpacking cars for their stays to helping our vendors get to their locations. I would sit here and list every name of every person that I felt were stars but honestly, it was the entire team. Everyone I encountered the whole time was a five star person. I cannot recommend this location enough for any occasion including just a regular weekend stay in Philadelphia.”

“We had such an incredible experience at the Warwick for our wedding day. Right from the site visit, we knew that this was the venue for us. David, Ciara and the entire staff at the Warwick made every step of the way very easy and stress-free. They were accommodating and patient with every single request we asked for. Each meeting and site visit we had was always very productive and we would make lots of decisions which was great. It’s really easy for the food at a hotel wedding to not be memorable, but it was exceptional at the Warwick. We received so many compliments on the hors d'oeuvres and also on how perfectly the salmon was cooked for the entree. We also had great servers and bartenders throughout the whole night and our guests had the best time with them. The venue was already a gorgeous canvas to work with, but to have the staff be as exceptional as they were really made the experience smooth for us.”

“We held our wedding reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in November 2024 as well as hosted our wedding room block. We'd highly recommend for both! We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about Andreea Denes with catering. We've worked with Andreea for about a year and a half now and she feels like family! Andreea is both professional and personable and ensured we knew all our options for a reception at the Loews. Andreea helped us take advantage of all the amazing event spaces the Loews has to offer (cocktail hour on the 33rd floor, reception in the Millennium Hall, after party in Bank & Bourbon) as well as created a custom package for our reception and cocktail hour that reflected everything we could have wanted. Maria and Lena with the room reservation teams were so wonderful to work with, taking amazing care of our families and accommodating all our changes and requests. The entire Loews staff (catering, concierge, front desk, etc) was absolutely wonderful during our stay. Our guests are still commenting on the exceptional service. About a third of our wedding guests stayed at the Loews and expressed it was the perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Philadelphia.”

“Each and every time I arrive on location to officiate a wedding at Riverfront Events I am greeted with smiles and great enthusiasm! As a professional, I look for the little things that mean the most when collaborating efforts with other wedding vendors. We all have the same client, and the Riverfronts team surpasses my high standards. I look forward to going there every time. We communicate beautifully via email and in person. At a recent wedding, I noticed the team turning over a ceremony space into the reception area and I couldn't take my eyes off of them. They worked fast, precise, and in tandem. The food is also delicious! The servers pay attention to everyone! My ceremonies run like clockwork with Yassmin, Valerri, and Kelly. The space is esthetically beautiful, bright and clean, and conveniently located. Riverfront Events can EASILY accommodate small to huge weddings. I understand what it takes to pull off a successful event--a lot of behind-the-scenes prep. Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.
